ORVX AI has given us a clear direction and practical systems that have made our business more organized, efficient, and easier to scale. The clearest measurable outcome has been approximately $60,000 in savings for ZCreative. By improving our CRM, introducing AI automation, connecting our systems, and creating a clear implementation roadmap, ORVX AI has helped reduce unnecessary software, manual processes, and the need to outsource additional operational work.We’ve also gained better visibility over our leads, data, and business performance, which has made it easier to track opportunities, improve follow-up, and make faster decisions. The project has delivered both immediate cost savings and a stronger system for managing future growth.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

ORVX AI handled the design and implementation of a complete AI and automation system for our business, with a strong focus on reducing administration, improving customer service and creating a more efficient sales process. The scope of work included setting up and improving our CRM so customer enquiries, project details, follow ups and communication could all be managed in one place. ORVX AI also created automated email workflows to respond to new leads, follow up with potential customers, send updates and support the customer journey from first enquiry through to quoting. 
A key deliverable was an AI quoting tool that helped collect customer information, prepare quotes and speed up the process of sending accurate quotes to customers. This reduced manual work and helped us respond to enquiries faster. ORVX AI also introduced voice recording and note taking systems to capture important information from calls and meetings. These notes could then be stored and shared internally, improving communication between team members and reducing the risk of information being missed. The project also covered customer service automation, internal communications, email management and administration processes. Overall, the work helped connect our systems, improve response times and create a more organised process for managing leads, customers, quotes and internal tasks.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project delivered clear improvements in efficiency, accuracy and communication across the business. ORVX AI helped us save more than 100 hours of administration by automating manual tasks, customer follow ups, note taking, quoting and internal processes. Our quoting process is now more accurate and consistent. Quotes are prepared within budget, reducing the risk of underquoting jobs and losing money. Voice recording and automated note taking have also saved significant time. Toolbox meetings are recorded and documented, so important instructions, decisions and action items are not missed. Customer and project information is stored within the CRM, making it easier for the team to track enquiries, follow ups, quotes and communication. This has reduced human error and created greater accountability across the business. Overall, the system has helped ensure that nothing gets missed, customers receive faster responses and the team spends less time on manual administration.

ORVX AI managed the project extremely well and delivered each stage on time. During the setup process, the team called me almost daily to provide updates, explain what had been completed and confirm that the systems were working for our business. They were also responsive through email and provided clear weekly progress updates. Whenever we had a question, change or new requirement, they responded quickly and adjusted the systems to suit our needs. Their communication was consistent, practical and easy to understand. We always knew what was being worked on, what had been completed and what was happening next. The level of support throughout the project made the setup process feel organised and well managed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed me most about ORVX AI was their ability to deliver exactly what they promised. At the beginning, they presented a very ambitious plan, and I honestly questioned whether everything they described would be possible. However, they followed through on every commitment and successfully built and implemented all the systems they proposed. They did not overpromise or leave parts of the project unfinished. Everything they said they would deliver was completed, tested and tailored to our business. Their ability to understand our challenges and turn their ideas into practical systems that genuinely work was incredibly impressive.
