I am the Owner of Dog Transport USA

We are a family dog transport business in South Florida. Our old website looked fine, but almost nobody could find it: Google knew about only a few pages, and some AI search tools were blocked from reading it at all. Orium Studios kept our look and rebuilt everything underneath. We now have separate pages for each service, each main route out of Florida, our real customer stories, documents, and an FAQ. There is a working quote form, our phone number is on every page, and the site is also in Russian. Before they published anything, they asked us to confirm it: prices, drive times, our USDA registration. Nothing was made up. The requests started coming in during the first three weeks after launch. Some came from Google and one came from ChatGPT. When we were missing requests in email, they set up instant notifications in Telegram. They keep working on the site every month and send us clear reports. Easy to work with, honest, and fast to reply. We would hire them again.

Orium Studios replaced our one-page WordPress site with a new website built from scratch on their own code. They kept the look our clients already knew and rebuilt everything underneath it. Key deliverables:

• A full English website with its own pages for each of our six services, each main route out of Florida, a page for trips to Florida, our real customer stories, About, Documents & Requirements, FAQ, Contact and partner pages. 49 pages are indexed by Google.

• A Russian version of the site.

• A quote form and a callback form with spam protection. Every request arrives by email and instantly in our Telegram group.

• Our phone number on every page, with click to call.

• Fast pages: the images were compressed and resized, and the site is hosted on Cloudflare.

• Technical SEO: titles and descriptions for every page, structured data for Google, a sitemap, redirects from the old addresses, and Search Console and Google Analytics set up.

• AI search: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Bing were blocked on the old site and can read the new one. There is also an llms.txt file for AI tools.

• A rule built into the site: nothing gets published until we confirm it, including prices, drive times and our USDA registration. • Monthly support afterwards, with search and lead reports.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Measured on the live domain with the same tests before and after launch (Sept 23 vs Oct 2): • Lighthouse SEO on the weakest page: 92 → 100

• Pages in the sitemap: 6 → 41

• AI search crawlers blocked: 4 → 0

• Homepage image weight: 6.45 MB → 90 KB

Very organized. Before starting, they sent us a written audit with a clear plan and timeline. We launched on October 2, which was ahead of the plan they had given us. They made answering questions easy. Instead of long calls, we got a short list of exactly what they needed from us: phone number, USDA number, prices, drive times, photos. Until we confirmed something, it stayed off the site. Nothing was guessed or made up. We saw a preview of the new site before it went live, and switching to it did not interrupt our email. After launch they kept watching the results. When they noticed that new requests were sitting unread in our email, they set up instant Telegram alerts and tested them the same day. They send clear reports showing where our requests come from and what to do next. Replies on WhatsApp are fast and in plain language.

Their honesty. Nothing goes on the site until we confirm it. They wouldn't publish a price, a drive time or our USDA number until we approved it, and the site's code is set up so it can't go live with an unconfirmed fact. They also tell us the uncomfortable parts. When we asked how we rank, they checked from a neutral location rather than their own logged-in browser. They showed us plainly where we don't appear yet and what the companies above us have that we don't: links and reviews. Everything is measured. They ran the same tests on our old site and on the new one, so we can see the change in numbers instead of just hearing that it's better. They also think about AI search, not only Google. Our old site was blocking ChatGPT and other AI tools without us knowing. Now one of our first requests came through ChatGPT. And the site is ours. It's built on its own code instead of a template, and it's fast.

One thing could have been set up sooner. At launch, quote requests only came to our email, and the instant Telegram alerts were added later. In the meantime a few requests sat unread for several days. Now every request reaches our phone right away, but we would have liked that from day one. I'd also suggest starting work on Google reviews and directory listings from the very first week. The website was ready quickly, but those take time to build up, and they matter just as much for being found.
