What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The implementation of all deliverables is complete and successful. The system operates reliably, and their team manages maintenance and timely bug fixes with dedication. Beyond maintenance, they provide consultations for system improvements and functionality additions. Furthermore, all our enhancement tasks are implemented accurately based on the technical specifications provided. If those enhancements cause any conflicts with existing system elements, they provide crucial feedback on those issues and potential solutions.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

All project points were delivered on time, with several instances completed ahead of schedule. They are highly attentive, approaching every request with active listening and a strong willingness to help. I evaluate their project management expertise as exceptionally high.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The Orinix's approach to customer projects is exemplary. Their commitment is apparent, as they are clearly interested in the project's success and prioritize customer satisfaction. We maintain direct contact with the Orinix team, assigned to our poject, who are highly responsive, often providing an immediate reply. Significantly, all issues we designate as 'Critical' are resolved with exceptional speed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Orinix could have done differently?

Overall, we are highly satisfied with Orinix's performance across implementation, maintenance, and enhancements. The team's dedication and rapid response on 'Critical' issues have been excellent.

On the other hand, if I were to recommend an optimization, it would be to strategically assign one additional support member to the project team. I fully understand that dedicated employees aren't feasible for every project if the workload doesn't support the cost. However, incorporating a 'plus one' team member would offer substantial benefits:

- Guaranteed Responsiveness: It ensures they can rapidly attend to client's needs, even if primary team members are engaged with other projects.

- Workload Resilience: It acts as a crucial buffer. If the current resource allocation is tight, a sudden increase in the number of client tasks could quickly overwhelm the team. A 'plus one' resource would be game-changing in maintaining smooth operations during peak demand.

By adopting this resource strategy, the speed and consistency of the service Orinix provides could be made even faster.

We needed help setting up, implementing, and connecting an electronic payment system based on Odoo.

Orinix has created and implemented a CRM system. The team has also integrated the system with eBay and Shopify. In addition, Orinix has provided initial automation and connection of communication channels with the client. The team has also provided customization, training, and ongoing support.

Orinix's work has increased our conversion rate and reduced our lead loss.

How did Orinix perform from a project management standpoint?

Orinix's project management is good; they deliver on time. We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Orinix has added the cost of calls and communication to the bill. This was unexpected for me, but all the bills were satisfactory.

I don't think there's anything they can improve on.

We needed to staff our engineering team for the learning platform.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Orinix built a robust backend microservice for our web project, which led to a 42% improvement in platform responsiveness and enabled us to scale. Their work included backend development, CI/CD, and AWS. The team also developed gamification APIs for quests, streaks, XP, badges, and rewards, and real-time quest and achievement updates via WebSockets, among other features.
