For retainer clients we establish a recurring shoot schedule that fits around your business operations so it never feels disruptive. You stay focused on running your business. We handle the content.

Turnaround time depends on the scope of the project. For monthly retainer clients, short-form content is typically delivered within 5–7 business days of the shoot. Long-form videos generally take 10–14 business days depending on complexity and revision rounds. For one-time productions, we discuss turnaround expectations upfront so there are no surprises. Standard delivery is 1–2 weeks for most projects. Rush turnaround of 48–72 hours is available for time-sensitive projects and is priced accordingly. For live events and same-day content needs — game highlights, event recaps, activation content — same-day and live turnarounds are available. We build realistic timelines and stick to them. Clear communication throughout the process means you always know where your project stands.
