In addition, many of the existing features and UI/UX of that app were confirmed as being positive and good solutions which allowed us to feel confident in the existing implementation and not continue to spend additional time and money iterating through alternative solutions. Several UX and UI improvements were identified, with great suggested solution(s) that directly led to increased usage and positive experience with the sofware product.

No, not in our case. Expectations were not only met, but exceeded. The plan was well-scoped and detailed and agreed upon from the start, and exectued accordingly until the end.

Orange Mantra has always been my go to place for all our companies new projects. Have been working with them for over a decade now. The consistency of work and professionalism is the key factor that keeps us bringing back to them.

Project was to design the ideal website for the brand with a potential to grow the website into a innovative e commerce platform.

At a given time we had a team of 4-5 individuals working for the brands. The team was divided into the Social media team head by Abhishek and sumit. Then we have the SEO optimisation team led by Sneha and entire project supervision and reporting done by Prateek.

The appearance of the brand name at a higher position on Google search was the key factor of the generation of SEO’s with the right foundation and planning.

We had two meetings set once a week to discuss the progress and issues.

Orange Mantra (OM) gave us a competitive quote and were thorough and knowlegdable in explaining different solutions and made us feel safe throughout the process.

We had two Joomla websites that we wanted merged into one and ended up building the new site in Wordpress and OM did a good job in extracting, harmonising, and migrating our data. Communication regarding the development process was excellent and our weekly meetings meant that task went smoothly.

A project manager was our main point of contact and there were at least two developers working behind the scenes.

It's too early to evaluate the metrics of the website but we have received positive feedback on the design from our customers.

Very communicative with quick replies. Basecamp was used to manage deliverables.

Their communication was excellent and they always resolved issues immediately.

The only negative comment I can write is that the total price was increased due to additional hours spent on the project. This wasn't made clear and could have been communicated better, but we found a solution and will continue to use OM in the future.
