Additionally, we provided weekly performance reports to track and refine our marketing efforts.

The measurable outcomes of our project included:

• Establishing a strong social media presence for our properties across multiple cities on platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Running performance marketing campaigns to attract new tenants in different regions. This involved understanding tenant needs, targeting the right prospects effectively, and optimizing our approach to maximize reach and engagement.
• Creating engagement campaigns for existing tenants, both online and through physical channels, to foster a sense of community and enhance tenant retention.
• Generating high-quality leads at the top of the funnel, with a notable improvement in lead quality.
• Reducing the cost of acquisition by 40% since the campaign’s inception, demonstrating significant progress in efficiency and effectiveness.

To maintain clear and consistent communication, we set up a dedicated Slack channel and held regular weekly meetings, which kept everyone aligned on progress and priorities. The majority of the work was delivered on time, with only a few tasks requiring extra attention that took slightly longer—but nothing that impacted the overall project.

Overall, we were very pleased with the team's project management, their responsiveness, and their ability to deliver a well-executed campaign.
