What I found most impressive about The Orange Cat is, without a doubt, their level of customer service; it has been simply spectacular. They have an astonishing working speed and an enviable ability to adapt. No matter what last-minute change or question we had at the academy, their response was always immediate, friendly, and completely solution-oriented. It is very rare to find a tech partner that combines that level of execution speed with such a human, empathetic, and attentive approach.

Are there any areas for improvement or something The Orange Cat could have done differently?

Honestly, it is very difficult to find an area for improvement when a team exceeds your expectations like this. The whole web and app process flowed so smoothly that there is nothing I would have preferred them to do differently. If I had to say something, my only 'complaint' is not having met and hired them much sooner for my academy.
