Please include a summary of key deliverables. There were a few scopes of work. We have a large legacy application that we are hosting for 600+ clients that is hosted on huge Azure VMs which was very costly and inefficient. The application is used for tracking a large amount of devices and data. The first scope of work was migrating the application to Kubernetes. We also needed to migrate a large amount of data to the new environment. We had a lot of problems with pushing new updates to the production so it was important to streamline and automate that as well. The second scope was designing IaaC Terraform solutions that can be used across the teams in our organization. The solutions were made into modules with a focus on supporting specific needs we have and complying with different standards and certifications.
