We, are a tech-driven, IT service, website and mobile app development company based in melbourne, Australia. Since the time of our establishment, we have been providing cost-effective solutions for small, medium and large level businesses across the globe with same dedication and enthusiasm. We have got separate teams of developers each with very innovative expertise in development of Web Applications, Mobile Applications, eCommerce Solutions and Digital Marketing.

For what projects/services did your company hire Onexcell?
Our company's branding needed an entire makeover as it was not able to generate enough traffic on the web platforms. This really hampered our business as it was evident that we were not performing according to our potential.
This trend was pronounced even more in recent years and thus we decided to rope in an experienced branding firm to provide a solution for this problem. We thus approached Onexcell for their cooperation so that their years of experience come handy in giving our business new heights.
What were your goals for this project?
The main aim of the entire project was to improve our traffic that suffered a lot in the recent years. We wanted to significantly improve those numbers as well the inquiries generated so that we can have a large consumer base.
Moreover, we desired to have the company's presence felt on a variety of web forums that appeals to a larger crowd comprising of diverse age groups.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor?
Our team looked out for the top branding firms in the city and at the end, narrowed them to top five based on their deliverables, previous projects, and client feedbacks. After contacting them individually and listening to their pitches, we were able to further narrow down to two.
At the end, we chose Onexcell because of their willingness to provide technical assistance to our employees apart from their services so that we are well equipped to fix minor bugs and errors. Their pricing was also one of the most reasonable ones that we have ever stumbled across.
Describe the project in detail.
Onexcell has one of the most creative minds that goes a long way in ensuring that the final outcome is a masterpiece. Their inquisitiveness sure helps a lot in delivering all the results. Within the two weeks, we were provided with the entire roadmap as to how this entire branding is going to be carried out and what positive effects can be expected from that.
After some brainstorming sessions with the marketing team, branding campaigns were designed that could give us the desired traffic. The framework for the entire project was laid down in these sessions and they later came back to us with the site design.
What was the team composition?
We were assigned a project manager by Onexcell with whom we carried out meetings and discussions. We were made aware that the projects manager was handling 2 front end and 2 back end developers to carry out the entire project as per the instructions and strategies set out by the marketing team.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
As soon as the branding campaigns were put to action, within the three months there was a substantial increase in the traffic which up until now was only facing downhill. We were able to generate more inquiries which suggested that the campaigns were successful in appealing to the consumers.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
There was never a communication gap between us and their team. We connected with the project manager at least once a week on the phone and used slack for keeping a track of day to day activities. They always provided us with all the updates and progress in the project and their punctuality was something that impressed us all.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The most mind boggling thing associated with Onexcell is the sheer knowledge and the experience that their employees possess. They come up with so many wonderful ideas about the branding campaigns that at one time, it became difficult to choose one. The learning experience for our employees was extremely overwhelming that made this collaboration an exhilarating one. We thank Onexcell for their patience and hardwork through the course of this project and we look forward for our association in future projects.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Although it is desirable to get things done in a very little time frame but we must keep in mind that all good things take time. We were highly impressed with the quality of work that justified its time scale.
