The scope was to design and build a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for the Safer Charging platform, a multi-sided web and mobile system for conducting, managing, and publishing EV charging site assessments. The platform serves three distinct user types: internal staff (Admin), charge point operators (CPOs), and field surveyors.

Key deliverables included:

Admin Dashboard: A web portal for internal staff to manage survey locations, configure question sets, set up criteria scoring, generate and publish report cards to CPOs, and manage surveyor accounts with dynamic role-based access control.

Customer Dashboard: A web portal for CPOs to view assessment reports for their charging network, approve or challenge survey findings, raise support tickets, and track their accreditation status.

Surveyor Mobile App: A cross-platform iOS and Android app for field surveyors to discover and claim survey jobs on an interactive map, complete structured assessments and submit findings directly to the platform.

Criteria Scoring Engine: A configurable scoring system that converts surveyor answers across multiple question types into weighted percentage scores and star ratings per criteria, culminating in an overall site assessment score.

The MVP prioritized core workflows across all three surfaces to validate the business model, with a focus on usability, data integrity, and a clean handoff between the field assessment and the CPO-facing report.

Key measurable outputs were:

1. Completion of the Admin Dashboard with role-based access, survey location management, and report card builder

3. Completion of the Surveyor mobile app with job map, assessment form, and submission flow

4. Implementation of the criteria scoring engine with configurable question weights and star rating bands

5. Successful end-to-end flow from survey submission through scoring to CPO report publication

The team demonstrated a strong grasp of a technically complex, multi-sided product and translated it into a clean, well-structured build. Additionally, as a non-technical founder they were regularly required to translate my vision requests into real-world outputs.

No major concerns. The process was structured and transparent throughout, which made the collaboration feel easy on our end. Any minor requests were handled quickly and professionally. The team were attentive, polite and professional throughout.

The platform aggregated real-time loan offers from multiple lenders, presenting them in a simple, comparative format based on the user’s credit score, loan amount, and term preferences. Key features will included: 

• User Account Creation: Enable users to create, manage, and securely save their profiles for future loan applications. 
• Loan Calculator: Incorporate tools allowing users to calculate monthly payments based on different loan amounts, interest rates, and terms. 
• Real-time Loan Offers: Integrate APIs from participating lenders to fetch and display current loan offers tailored to the user's financial profile. 
• Application Process Guidance: Guide users through the loan application process, including document submission and lender communication.

Shortly after the project was completed, we saw an increase in visitors and downloads and welcomed new customers. We are pleased that we can now finally create added value for our users

Turnkey Tech Solutions built the entire application from scratch, handling both the front- and backend development. They added the functionalities we required, including a payment gateway and wallet system. They also worked on the app’s overall design — the color scheme, layout, font, user interface, etc.

We wanted an android app where flat owners can post their rental property ads and the tenants can browse through the apartments listings in a given area, and contact the properties they are interested in.

We searched for eligible developers in our network and found them via a recommendation by a friend for whom they had worked previously. After discussing our problem statement with them, they provided us the solutions steps. So, we hired them.

We provided a requirement write-up to the team. They went through it and prepared wireframes for us. After finalising wireframes, they developed a basic android app in just 3 weeks time. They even advised us to have an ML-based recommendation system, deep links and cloud notifications in place also, which really made our app experience better.

After integrating everything, we could successfully launch our app in just 5 weeks. They helped us set up a landing page, blog hosting also later.

Within 2 months, our app got 500+ installs. Currently, we have 3000+ installs and 140+ reviews on Google Play. We have around 1000 properties listed on our platform.
