Please describe your company and your position there.

Back in 2017 I was consulting Nürburgring in terms for the new Website development and was a focal point between the client and the service provider.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire OneClick LLC, and what were your goals?

The Nürburgring website was updated at that point and didn't correspond to the state of the art standards as well as the actual business requirements. The goal was to create a new modern website, which would have a new "cool" look, including new functionality and integration with the existing services.

How did you select OneClick, LLC, and what were the deciding factors?

Under all contestants, OneClick went an extra mile, not only showing the profound web-development experience and solution expertise, but digging further, understanding the business needs, vision and DNA of the client, which has resulted into a reworked roadmap, which became far more efficient, from both value and cost-saving perspective.

The project included multiple complex steps of: Frontend Development, Backend Development, Integration of existing business tools, New Solution implementation, Exchange of out-of the-box solution to custom development solution, tailor-made for the client.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The new website outcomes were: Increased traffic, High visitor acceptance due to a fancy and efficient design, and High internal staff acceptance due to improved functionality

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The project was coordinated by the CTO from the business & strategic standpoint as well as by PM from the operation standpoint. The engagement included: weekly sync with the client project team, Project steps planning via Trello, BoD result presentation, CEO business discussion, Definition and update of KPIs, Roadmap adjustment and adoption to a new business goals

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

OneClick has very strong developer team and an experienced CTO organization. Solution-oriented, customer-centric approach and an agile work style combined with very attractive pricing make OneClick a very accessible and interesting partner. 

They were a professional and value-oriented company with a transparent and efficient cost structure.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Fields of improvement could be: - better educating the client in terms of value-based approach against stuff augmentation - better educating the client in terms of agile working approach
