I have received nearly completed apps from the supplier and tested to work well with the other devices I need the app to work with. The design of the app is very good and I would be recommending this supplier to other companies in my network.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow was good albeit some issues mainly because of the different delivery methods I had imposed on the supplier.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their UI design team is really good and I was impressed with the delivery. They go above and beyond the exact requirements to improve the app overall.
Are there any areas for improvement?
More detailed test reports would be advisable during each delivery. Even videos go a long way in saving time for the end customers to do the testing.
