At WeTravel, we provide the best platform for travel companies to collect payments, manage their bookings and pay their suppliers. We’re a global team of creators, collaborators, and change-makers. We thrive on diverse perspectives and our differences make us whole.

Creation of customized AB-Testing system and BI - Intelligence Analytical system.

How did you select Ondevia and what were the deciding factors?

We found this team among our connections and then studied their website and Clutch account reviews. We then contacted a team representative and found out that the company had a good experience, reliability, and transparent processes. So, we decided to start working with them.

Ondevia helped us create the AB Testing systems and Business Intelligence Analytical dashboard for our platform. They implemented all the complex ab-testing and analytics internal architecture and integrations such as Graphana and Tableau. Plus, they custom-testing systems for us. So we can now make a comprehensive test and improve our products and conversions constantly.

The process was pretty straightforward. We discussed the project, roadmap, and plan. Their team laid out the in-depth requirements and tasks to understand the ETA. We discussed prototypes, and they showed us a measurable demo each time ( in a time frame of 2 weeks). We worked with Scrum. Technologies: Python, PHP, Javascript

They delivered everything right in time, as was discussed. The systems work very well without bags, helping us increase our conversions to payments and conversions to authorizations.

They were agile and transparent, which was important for us. We've had regular communication with the team (reports about sync, planning’s, retros, etc.)

Their experience and vision. They want to do their work, and that's not all — I feel they want to drive customers' business; they worry about customer success. And this attitude is fantastic. Nowadays, it is tough to find that type of company.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Any on my mind. Everything works great, and we want to proceed with new projects with the Ondevia team. And we will recommend them to our partners and network. Thanks!

We needed to create a new website for Hyatt Regency Baku. We wanted it to be of very high quality and done in the tight deadline. Because the website is the reflection of our reputation as the #1 Premium Class Hotel Network.

Ondevia helped us to create a website and an adaptive mobile web project for our website. First they created a roadmap, then we discussed timelines for iterations. Next, we approved design prototypes. And every week they turned in a portion of the project. Technologies: JS, Node.JS

We worked with a team of 2 middle developers, UX Designer, and Project Manager. And their director was always in touch, no matter what the question was.

They created a high-quality website with an amazing UI which were loved by our customers and it increase the sales in a time period on 7%

Their PM is very experienced. He made all the process transparent and handled all the demo events and negotiation meetings really well. He got a clear vision of how to make our product valuable. The team used scrum and sprints for project delivery. Also they used Jira. The project was delivered on time, so I assume that they perform their project management activities very well.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were really impressed with their processes and the quality of the work they did. They are truly customer and product-oriented. It's part of their DNA. And they are true problem solvers who can handle even the toughest cases.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Overall, the work was very good. I don't see any potential weaknesses or risks. They did everything in the best possible way. Even if you have a high-level idea, entrust it to this team, they will help you and form a working product out of it. I definitely recommend working with Ondevia as an outsourcing IT company.

Our partner recommended them as a reliable software development company. We were searching. Then we visited the Ondevia website and contacted them when we found out about their experience and the range of services they provide.

With their help, we started creating our product from scratch. They provided a very wide range of services. From design and development to research and product management. The project steps were the following:

1. They collected detailed requirements
2. They conducted the research and user interviews to define the right product solutions for us
3. We negotiated the roadmap and defined MVP
4. As the next steps, we have negotiated the design prototypes and main user flows
5. Every 2 weeks they delivered the discussed part of the product.

The framework: Scrum + Kanban + Hours reporting Technologies: .NET; Node js.

They delivered quality MVPs even 1 week faster than the agreed timeframe, and I want to emphasize their attention to the needs of our clients, because the mood of a startup can sometimes be very unpredictable. And we were pleasantly surprised.

We were super agile, we hold daily meetings with the team directly, where we plan tasks and coordinate the process.
