The results are presented through an intuitive dashboard, offering users a clear and actionable overview of their supplier landscape and risk distribution across geographies and sectors. A key component of the platform is its supplier onboarding and profiling module, which streamlines the due diligence process. Suppliers are guided through structured questionnaires, document submissions, and compliance checks. Based on this input — combined with external index data — TrustChain.ai automatically assigns each supplier a risk category (low, medium, or high), enabling companies to prioritize monitoring and allocate resources effectively. In addition, they implemented enhancements to improve performance and supported ongoing maintenance.

Tigran and Omni code team worked on complex AI projects that required personalized Talking Spokespersons with perfect lipsync across all languages. In addition, they also worked on text to video projects where a text script can be turned into a sketch or doodle animated video with engaging animations and life-like text to speech.

The projects were highly scalable and production-ready with thousands of customers worldwide. They utilized all next generation Generative AI technologies such as text to speech, computer vision, lipsync and other real-world use cases.

The projects were complex and constantly evolving. Omnicode and Tigran were fast in learning new algorithms, AI models and architecture to be in the forefront of next generation of AI.

Tigran and Omnicode AI demonstrated excellent project management throughout the engagement which spanned over several years. Tigran effectively organized the development tasks, set clear priorities, had all the tasks in Jira, and kept the project fully on track even when additional requirements were added to ensure customer satisfaction to make the platform user friendly.

He always communicated proactively and was highly responsive throughout the process including providing smart recommendations that cut the development time and ensured better customer outcomes. 

The major impact was long-term sustainability and stability of the platform by making sure a lot of prior discussion and planning was made before even starting to code. This allowed us to solve for all type of edge cases that could potentially arise throughout the development process ahead of time.

What was most impressive of Tigran and OmniCode team in general were strong communication skills, technical skills and adaptability to changing market trends. Many times, project requirements were needed to be changed or new requirements were added to make the project more in-line with emerging trends such as disruptions caused due to AI and other next generation technologies.

This level of adaptability is critical in the AI era due to product update cycles being much faster than ever before due to constant improvements made in the AI SaaS application space. 

This is what sets Omnicode and Tigran apart from others because they have a team and attitude to constantly adapt and innovate to pivot to new algorithms, models and architecture to make projects successful long-term instead of sticking to old antiquated ways of doing things.

Highly recommended, especially for AI related projects that need developers and teams to be constantly iterating and improving their knowledge and skills to next generation technologies and approaches.

Everything worked smoothly and there were no significant improvements required. 

With the projects being completely virtual and remote with no in-person meetings, while it was a bit of a challenge in the first couple of weeks, it turned out to be to our advantage throughout the pandemic and beyond where we had an edge to other legacy companies trying to adapt to remote work and virtual meetings for the first time.
