Create blog content that was AEO-optimised so I would show up in ChatGPT (or similar) search for my ideal customers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

She went from 0% to appearing in about a third of AI answers on her buying questions. Where AI names any brand, she now shows up in half the questions we built pages for. Google impressions to those pages are up more than 30x. Two leads in one week both said they found her via AI.

The team were very responsive to feedback and applied updates quickly. It took a little bit of time to find our groove; at first I did not feel they used the brand voice and style guide information provided during onboarding when they created content, and as a personal brand it was important that the content fit my site. They were very receptive to my concerns and feedback and worked to find a compromise between what would be effective from an AEO standpoint and still sound authentic to my brand.

They work very fast, and it was easy for me to review and update/approve content. Once that piece was done they took care of the rest, which took the admin load off my shoulders – something this time-poor solo business owner deeply appreciates!

There were gaps in onboarding that would have removed most of the back-and-forth in trying to refine the style and voice of written content. It also was not clear that Omni would upload blog post images, which meant off-brand graphics were put on my site with the blog posts (but we fixed them, so it wasn't a big deal - just would've been good to know upfront)

The team is directly responsible for creating authority citations and backlinks, community engagement signals, and reporting on AI visibility, brand sentiment, search rankings, organic traffic, Google Business Profile performance, and mentions across platforms such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and Perplexity.

We found them through an online search. We chose them because their pricing fit our budget. From our very first meeting, Ashur (Founder & CEO) was transparent about their processes and expectations. Our services include Complying Development Certificates (CDC), Construction Certificates (CC), Principal Certifier (PC) appointments, Occupation Certificates (OC), mandatory and critical stage inspections, commercial building approvals, pool and demolition approvals, BCA/NCC compliance reports and general building compliance advice. Our experienced certifiers assess residential and commercial developments against applicable NSW planning legislation, the National Construction Code and relevant Australian Standards. We focus on providing accurate assessments, clear communication and timely certification services to help projects remain compliant and progress without unnecessary delays. Omni Eclipse worked across our website, SEO, Google Ads and broader digital marketing strategy. Key deliverables included improving the structure, presentation and performance of our website, optimising our service pages for relevant search terms, strengthening our Google search visibility, and developing and managing targeted advertising campaigns. They also assisted with content optimisation, lead generation strategies, conversion improvements and ensuring our key services—including Complying Development Certificates (CDC), Construction Certificates (CC), Principal Certifier services, inspections and Occupation Certificates (OC)—were clearly presented to potential clients. Since working with Omni Eclipse, we have seen a noticeable improvement in PROCERT’s online visibility, website traffic and the number of enquiries generated through our digital channels. Our Google presence has strengthened, with improved visibility for key building certification and approval-related searches across NSW. We have also experienced an increase in qualified leads coming through the website and Google Ads, particularly from builders, developers and homeowners actively requiring certification services. Most importantly, the project has helped turn our website and digital marketing into a more consistent source of new business. We are receiving better-quality enquiries, have stronger brand recognition in the market, and have seen an improvement in the conversion of online enquiries into actual projects. The scope of work focused on improving our visibility across AI-powered search platforms such as ChatGPT, Google AI and Perplexity through GEO, AEO and SEO. Key deliverables included researching relevant search topics, creating optimized articles and publishing them directly to the journal section of our Shopify store, as well as optimizing our website and content to increase the likelihood of our brand and products being surfaced in relevant AI-generated searches and recommendations.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As an incredibly niche brand serving a very small cultural demographic, the results have been significant for us. We achieved 109 successful AI search appearances across tracked AI search prompts.

Prior to working with Omni, we were seeing approximately one sale from AI-referred traffic every three to six months, and we’re now beginning to see one to two per month, representing a several-fold increase.

We’ve also started seeing a new type of customer finding us through AI, with people outside the Assyrian community searching for culturally relevant gifts for Assyrian friends and loved ones. This has allowed us to reach an audience we previously struggled to reach through traditional social media marketing. 
The quality of the work has been consistently high. The content and deliverables have been well researched, highly relevant to our niche, and clearly created with our specific audience and goals in mind rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

Their project management and communication have been incredible. They use direct messaging alongside email, which made the entire experience feel much more accessible and personal. It genuinely felt like having our own strategist on demand, with someone we could reach out to directly whenever we had a question or needed guidance. Important updates and results were communicated by email and followed up through messaging, which meant nothing was missed. Even with the time difference, they were incredibly responsive, and everything was delivered on time.
Everything has been delivered on time, and communication has been incredibly prompt. Having direct access through messaging as well as email made a huge difference, as we could reach out with questions or concerns and receive a response quickly. We never felt like we had to chase them for an update. Like many businesses, we’re conscious of costs, particularly in the current economic climate. Omni seemed to genuinely understand that and were very transparent about where our money was best spent. There was never any pressure to add unnecessary services or spend more than we needed to, which we really appreciated.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us most was how transparent and realistic they were about expectations from the beginning. We were extremely hesitant because our brand operates within such a small and specific cultural niche, and although we came to Omni through a referral who spoke very highly of them, we were still somewhat sceptical about what could realistically be achieved. We had spoken with several other AEO/GEO providers who promised the world and were very focused on upselling, but Omni Ecplise never tried to oversell what they could do. They were straightforward about what was realistic, explained their strategy clearly, and then delivered. They completely put our initial concerns to rest, and that approach was incredibly refreshing! The quality has exceeded our expectations, particularly given how niche our market is. If you operate in a very niche industry and are hesitant about whether GEO and AI search optimization can genuinely deliver results for your business, we would highly recommend reaching out to them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Omni Eclipse could have done differently?

We’ve had discussions with much larger companies that, on first impression, can seem more impressive simply because of their size and presence. However, working with Omni has shown us that this doesn’t necessarily translate into a better experience. The level of communication, attention and results we’ve received has exceeded our expectations, and at this stage, there genuinely isn’t anything we would change about the way they work.  We would recommend Omni without hesitation, and if anyone considering working with them would like to hear about our experience as a niche e-commerce business, we’d be more than happy to share it!

We’ve seen a noticeable improvement in our visibility since working with Omni Eclipse. Our business is showing up more often in AI search results, as a matter of fact we're in fact still showing up as Australia's number 1 Flowergirl store, and we’re getting more exposure to potential customers. It’s been great to see the progress and have a clearer idea of where our online presence is heading.
