Schiessl Polska S.A. is a distributor of HVAC&R solutions operating in Poland since 1997. The company provides not only products but also technical, regulatory, and investment support to its customers.
We offer over 4,000 products from global manufacturers covering refrigeration, refrigernats, air conditioning, and heat pump installations, along with the ability to source additional equipment on demand. Our services include technical consulting, professional training (installation, commissioning, and servicing), and guidance related to legal and environmental regulations, including refrigerant recovery processes.
With a nationwide network of 13 branches and an experienced technical team, we deliver comprehensive solutions and day-to-day operational support for installers, service companies, and industrial clients.

We replaced the legacy website with a modern platform that we continue to evolve into a full digital service environment for B2B customers.
The project included building a B2B e-commerce platform supporting company-level pricing, discount structures, and product category management handled by product managers. Customers can place orders online, access company-specific prices, check credit limits, and track orders and invoices within their organization.
We also introduced role-based company accounts (owner vs. employee), allowing businesses to manage internal permissions, purchasing processes, and visibility of financial data. This enabled clients to safely delegate purchasing to multiple employees while maintaining managerial control.
Beyond sales, the platform became a daily operational hub for installers and service companies. Logged-in users can access technical documentation, training certificates, and a dedicated service knowledge space supporting communication and technical processes within the HVACR environment.
Overall, the project transformed the website from an informational channel into a transactional and operational platform supporting customer self-service and digital collaboration.
