I contacted Olympia Marketing because although I had a website, I had a lot of competition in the area with much better performing websites. The collaboration was incredibly helpful. Olympia Marketing was able to enhance my existing site, optimizing it for better search-ability, SEO and AdWords.

The goal was to be able to compete with the bigger, longer-standing businesses in my competitive set, and get more qualified leads. The delivery was exactly as promised. We now have a fully functioning and exciting site, a high performing ad, and as a result, not only more leads but more qualified/serious leads.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We went from about 7-15 leads a week, 70% of which wouldn’t actually show up to the appointment, and a lesser % would sign up. Class sizes were 4-8 students and not consistent. After working with Olympia, we now have 5-10 leads consistently per week, but almost no no-shows, and a higher rate of enrollments.

We started work together in June, by mid August all of our class starts for the rest of the year we’re sold out and on a 1-5 student waitlist. We have consistently seen a return on the investment in Olympia Marketing.

All projects were delivered on time and their outcomes as well. The individual I worked with was prompt with his responses and took the time to truly understand my industry and business, going above and beyond to ensure this. Very responsive and easy to work with.
