1. Requirements Gathering:

Collaborated with us to define project needs and requirements. Document functional and non-functional requirements. Validate requirements through a series of reviews with key stakeholders including us + external stakeholders.

Key Deliverable:

• Detailed App Feature Set Platform Design: Design the software architecture, considering scalability, maintainability, security and performance.

Create detailed design specifications, including user interface and system workflows.

OK 200 exhibited exceptional project management skills throughout our collaboration.

• Timeline Adherence: From the onset, milestones and deliverables were clearly defined. OK 200 consistently met these timelines, and their performance exceeded our expectations. Deliverables were not only on time but were sometimes even ahead of schedule.
• Communication: Communication was a strong suit for the team. We had virtual check-in meetings every fortnight that were very effective in keeping all parties aligned and informed. Outside of these scheduled check-ins, we had frequent email correspondence, ensuring that no detail was missed and that every concern was promptly addressed.
• Issue Handling: Throughout the project, we did encounter some concerns like platform security. However, OK 200's proactive approach ensured that these were tackled effectively. They demonstrated resilience and expertise in overcoming all challenges.
• Feedback Loop: One of the things we appreciated most was the company's receptiveness to feedback. Through our meetings and email exchanges, we had the opportunity to voice our concerns and suggestions. Not only were these concerns addressed professionally, but they also provided constructive feedback on our inputs. One of the most impressive aspects of working with this OK200 was our direct interaction with Paul (CTO and Founder) throughout the entire process. It's rare to have such direct and sustained access to a company's leadership, especially in the software development industry. This gave our collaboration a highly personalised touch, ensuring that our needs and concerns were always a top priority.

Furthermore, their promptness in email responses and actions was beyond expectations. In an era where delayed communications can significantly hinder project progression, their responsiveness was a breath of fresh air. This combination of Paul's personalised engagement and his team's exceptional responsiveness set them apart from others in the industry and made our collaboration both efficient and enjoyable.

There is not one element of our collaboration that I can fault, quite frankly.

Ok200 have been tasked with being a full service development team for our SaaS business. We have completely outsourced the expertise of this endeavor to them and work with them on a daily basis strategising, troubleshooting and managing the software and hardware integrations.

They are very responsive and over communicate as we work through building out new features. Much of what we are doing is unique and new and so guideposts on timelines need to have flexibility. This is well understood at this point and we never feel in the dark or surprised about outcomes.

We are impressed with their responsiveness and overall knowledge of the coding space.

Are there any areas for improvement or something OK200 could have done differently?

The work environment is fluid and software by its nature has some components of it that require management, updating and troubleshooting. We have done well in being able to communicate well with each other and I think a lot of that has to do with them, however, I can imagine that a client centric communication strategy is not a one size fits all model. Reading the client will be an area of continuous improvement I would imagine.
