We asked Ohana to redesign our website and improve the responsiveness of the site to enable clearer and easier movement on the pages. In addition we wanted to enhance the design and branding so that it was both professional and accessible for a wide range of demographics. We also approached them to improve the social media presence and marketing leading to enhanced results

The Bokarina website UI project delivered several measurable outcomes that clearly demonstrate progress and success:

Improved User Experience: New page templates (landing, villas, towers, facilities, news/events) are faster to load, mobile-responsive, and easier to navigate, resulting in a smoother journey for prospective residents.

Listings Integration: Property XML feeds were successfully incorporated, ensuring property data, images, and availability are displayed dynamically and accurately.

Engagement & Content Delivery: The dedicated project news hub and events pages provided measurable new touchpoints for residents and prospects, increasing time-on-page and driving registrations.

Scalability: The flexible staging and floorplan structures allow easy updates as Bokarina progresses (Stage 1–4), reducing future development overhead.

Consistency & Brand Alignment: Rationalised design elements improved visual alignment with new branding, enhancing trust and professionalism.

These outcomes set a strong foundation for marketing, sales lead generation, and resident engagement, while giving us the tools to scale as the Bokarina project grows.

Ollie’s project management was excellent throughout. He delivered design items on time and often ahead of schedule, keeping the project moving smoothly. He was highly responsive to our needs—quick to action feedback, open to discussion, and able to rationalise design decisions with clear explanations. This made collaboration easy and ensured we always felt confident in the direction of the work.

What impressed us most was Ohana Studio’s unique blend of creativity and practicality. He not only produced fresh, modern designs but also ensured they worked seamlessly within our martech framework. His ability to explain design concepts clearly, rationalise choices, and adapt quickly to feedback sets him apart. The combination of speed, responsiveness, and thoughtful design thinking made the collaboration both productive and enjoyable.  The whole team was impressed with the end product and approvals through management were obtained quickly, reflecting strong alignment with expectations.
