Building a cloud Web app for our dental college in AlRass - Qassim University. This to replace the manual excel sheets and provide easy to read and navigate calendar tools for all staff members.

Project steps was as follow:

Gap analysis meetings with me and my other colleagues to understand our pain points.
	Designing wire frames and user stories.
	Creating mockups to prototype the solution.
	Building the backend with import tools so we attach excel sheets.
	Building beta version of the app that we can use and try.
	Applying our feedback rounds. We have provided 3 rounds of feedback some were including change requests that was confirmed and included in the scope.
Key deliverables: Web app with secure backend to manage the calendar and scholar year tables. In addition to calculating teaching load for every staff member.

Technologies: I'm not sure but I think they were using php, mysql and Google calendar integration.
