Their domain of work consisted in media relations, marketing to key opinion leaders, and social media management services, among others. 

Specially the firm carried out media relationship, media list, and media monitoring; also they handled press conference, TV interview, radio interview, press release, press kit, press conference, and press statement, managed social media strategy, which was content creation and community management. 

Another thing that I loved about their firm was that their team was highly knowledgeable about the changing digital dynamics, and also helped me remain updated on the latest trends and techs that had a bearing on my business. The remarkable deliverables that caught my attention were the type and amount of media coverage that were secured for my business, the level of social media engagement that was achieved within that span, and the overall positive impact that was generated to my business.

Consequently, the PR campaign developed by OBA-PR transformed the brand into a major traffic hub, which resulted in greater brand awareness and an increase in social media shares. 

Thanks to the OBA PR's team, our brand was mentioned several times in leading publications including leading to a doubled amount of website traffic; the result came as a result of their impressive media relations and comprehensive media strategy Besides, their effort in influencer outreach resulted in many of our products and brand being recommended by others and mentioned positively in numerous reviews, which in turn transformed into a huge increase in sales. 

Our social media engagement levels also flew up, and we got a great number of both fans and shares of our digital content that brought a 20% rise in our online sales figures. Additionally, they had analytics and reporting, which we used to come up with the relevant insights and data that could be used to decide which of our strategies needed a change. They mapped out for us a very clear project schedule and kept us updated on their progress at any given time. They always shipped all things on time and often even exceeded our expectations concerning their excellence. 

Moreover, our partnership with them proved to be timely, efficient, and also flexible enough to take on any changes made along the way. The OBA PR team was available anytime in case we have any questions or issues; anything ranging from a big to a small query was attended to. They expected us to notify them regularly and update them on the progress of our project, informing us on any changes or new information that they had. 

They were the best we have seen, working together with their highest level of collaboration. Our utmost satisfaction was their primary goal. They are hands-on, proactive and results-oriented firm whose strategies are set aside to the competition. They are conversant with the fact that every client has varying needs, and therefore they readily accept to do more just to make sure that they are felt. 

Their collective forces never fell short of a radical approach and were ready to be risky to gain exceptional outcomes. All in all, OBA PR's different perspective, professionalism, and hard work for their clients provided me a perspective that I highly enjoyed. Are there any areas for improvement or something OBA PR could have done differently?

My overall experience at OBA PR was positive; however, I would advise them to work on their report generation, and analytics tools. Although their campaign results were undensible, it would still be nice to be updated on their progress in achieving these goals, more frequently and that in more details. Plus, I would like to see them use more advanced communication methods such as face-to-face communication. 

Emails also played a role but we all could have used a call or a quick chat instead of e-mails for time-to-time. These are just a couple of points to illustrate that even though the overall quality was very high, their work still had some minor shortcomings. Nevertheless, I think these areas should be considered as the focus points for improvement for OBA PR, and then they could better serve their clients.

The team members bring a sense of dedication and commitment that is sorely lacking in the marketplace today. They set a high standard that any other PR firm couldn't replicate, let alone other vendors with whom we had worked.

I just want to work with them on more projects and look forward to the opportunity to engage them again. I would change nothing in terms of the business process.
