I’m the owner of a catering company.

We needed someone to provide us with business and marketing strategies.

 O11E came up with sound business strategies to sell our product, provided us with market research, and consulted us on the best course of action.

After that first phase, they helped us prepare a visual project in order to uniquely present ourselves and stand out from our competitors.

We worked together from September 2020–July 2021.

Feedback from our clients has been consistently positive, citing our look, message, and graphical content as unique. The team did a very good job of presenting our company in an interesting and engaging way.

How did O11E perform from a project management standpoint?

They were highly professional from a project management standpoint, and we typically communicated through email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were very impressed with their creativity and ability to adhere to our requirements.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I was very satisfied with the results of our partnership, so I don’t have any constructive feedback.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would highly advise you to meet up and collaborate with them as often as possible, because their creativity is very inspiring. Make sure to brainstorm ideas and keep communications open.

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the head of the brand and other luxuries projects in the startup company, heaving a huge international company behind. We deal with luxury cosmetic/health products in the aesthetic medicine channel. We cooperate only with the best aesthetic medicine clinics.

We were looking for the company who could create new brand according to the diagnosed market needs in this specific sector. The company who is able to build the brand from the beginning to the end creating a project in terms of concept, visualization, through the implementation plan on the market.

We cooperated for different projects with 011E and we were convinced it was a good choice and solution for our needs

After the several meetings with our board they came up with the ideas of full project as market research on both sides (doctors and patients), defined brand concept and design, created all needed BTL materials, planned marketing activities including PR & SM, designed brand web side, cooperated in the team hiring and training process

Mostly O11e team in cooperation with the major people involved with this project from my company

We have launched the brand on our market with great success, we are in the developing process

I rate the workflow between our team and their team to be quite good

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their engagement and dedication to looking for solutions to the brand's success were impeccable. When they were convinced to some ideas they fight for them. In the same time they had open mind to for our team concepts and argumentations.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

There is always space for improvement, nobody is perfect ;-)
