Recognizing the need for a unified analytics approach, Company has sought Provider's expertise to integrate and harmonize analytics across some key pet insurance brands. The objective is to establish a harmonized and unified comparison for conversion and various funnel metrics, thereby enabling more informed decision-making about marketing.
In this phase, the objective is to generate an integrated dashboard across all brands included in the project scope which are AKC, PPI, PetPlusUs, ASPCA, FIGO and Felix, to provide unified and consistent high-level information that enables comparisons and facilitates strategic decision-making, these reports will include metrics such as overall revenue, conversion rates, and key performance indicators.
