I am the CEO of a short-term rental management marketplace to help owners in over 191 countries find services providers to help them manage their property locally or remotely as a virtual assistant. These tasks include Property management, Co-hosting services, Cleaning & Turnover services, Home Repair & maintenance, and much more.

For what projects/services did your company hire N-Xperts Solutions, and what were your goals?

We had some serious problems with our previous development company who actually build the whole platform. I run over 10 online businesses including this one and this is the first time I take 15 minutes of my time writing such a review about N-Xperts Solutions.

To be honest, it's been really complicated for us since we launched the platform as we hired a company which finally did not provide the expected result after 1 year of develpement. Then Covid comes up and for telling the truth I was almost ready to sell my platform as I did have the fund the time to spend with another company and asked them to fix and re-do the entire platform from scratch!

Lucky for me, I found this development company N-Xperts Solutions and since that time, they are working on my platform for over 9 hours per day for the last 3 months. They entirely re-do the entire platform, optimized for mobile and tablet (responsive) patched and secure hundred of vulnerability and I am planning before the end of year develop Apps (IOS/Android) with them.

I don't usually write reviews about the company as I don't have time for that but for this particular company, I can suggest them to anyone I know without worry anything and for any type of problem! I plan to hire this company / developer as full time / yearly for telling how happy I am with them and they deserve more star than 5 star rating!

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We find them online I think a platform for hire online developer but I don't remember exactly how I did find them, kind of Freelance website or simply Google

I am not an expert with this kind of term but I know they fully redevelop my platform from scratch using Codeigniter / Php full-stack. They have a high level with API / Google/ Amazon as they connect and set up API from them.

They make the entire platform fully responsive and they have a high level of PHP but what is sure is when I explain something, they do it without asking me hundred-time questions or don't understand what I explain or what I want and to be honest, I hire developer for over 15 years and it's a real pain!

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I am not pretty sure how many work in their company but from my side they are 3 people working on my platform

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We increase our subscription and revenue by 50% these last 5 months since we started with them. They develop options for my platform in a couple of days which will take several weeks for my previous company to develop. So they can actually develop any idea which comes to my mind without having to worry about the cost or how long it's will take as I know they will do the best and the fast as they can to complete the task.

Fun Fact: Since I work with them, I don't need to re-check the entire website, inbox, registration, and no need to worry and make sure the new option did not mess up with another option! And just for that, it's so coooool! With my previous company, any new change or new option I need to spend 3 days checking the whole website, payment, inbox as new problems come up every time they touch something!

Personally, I asked myself to use Skype but we also use Google drive or share updates, new tasks and new updates.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Actually, I am not English (I guess you noticed already lol) I am French, and even if I have some basics with English my writing is full of mistakes and grammar errors so I do not blame anyone for not understanding (sometimes) my requirement.

With them they understand anything, It's kind they know already what I want and how it's must look and how it's must be done, etc... it's completely different than my experience with the hundred of other platforms I have been working before

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nop, for me I hope nothing will change and everything will remain smooth and easy to work with! They are available 5 days per week all day long and even can work on Weekends if required! They send me update on daily basis which is the first time this happen, before it's was like 1 or 2 times per weeks (with my previous development company)

N-Xperts Solutions came up with a solution where we manage all from within one admin portal and the clients can swop between platforms as needed. We received a solution that runs perfectly for the requirement we had.

Initial requirements was given to N-Xperts Solutions where they started mockup designs and came with additional ideas and layout suggestion on how our idea/request can be enhanced upon to provide a superior solution.

We had a full-time project manager assign which was great support throughout the project. Communication channel was always open and we received daily updates on the progress of the project. The help of project manager made this project so much more enjoyable as we always knew where the project is standing.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have surpassed $20'000 worth of ales via the application within the first month. The seamless integration between systems made it very easy for clients to jump between platforms.

Project manager gave us option of feedback tools. We prefer emails to stay in touch but we were offered Skype and Trello as alternatives as well.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most unique aspect of N-Xperts Solutions is their amazing customer service. Their daily communication and real sense of caring about each project makes them stand out from other companies.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There is nothing I would suggest they change, keep up the good work!
