Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the CEO and co-founder of Ungga, an entrepreneurial venture in the Real State arena that aims to significantly change the way estate properties such as houses and apartments are marketed and sold for the benefit of sellers, buyers and agents by harnessing the power of exponential technologies.

For what projects/services did your company hire Nuclea Solutions, and what were your goals?

We wanted to improve our brand book, as well as create characters to tell stories that better position our brand and generate leads.

How did you select this vendor?

We learn about the quality of Nuclea´s work through our key investor.

Describe the scope of their work in detail, including any steps and the final deliverables.

Once we selected Nuclea, we had a series of meetings to discuss our goals and objectives. We discussed our key assumptions about our business concept with Nuclea´s team and in the next weeks we proceeded receiving updates and deliverables in an agile way. So, as expected, we got to a great brand book and design for the new web front-end in a timely manner.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have recently launched our marketing with the new communications image last month but so far, it has generated positive feedback from different stakeholders!

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We had weekly one-hour meetings via Google Meet which have been very efficient.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed by the knowledge this vendor has about digital technologies, software development and of course, branding, design and communications approaches. But I was blown away by their attitude, passion, savvy, and creativity. Since we are aiming to innovate and create a disruptive solution that significantly changes the way some things are done for the benefit of different stakeholders, these people are a powerful support and very inspiring to our team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

As stated earlier, we have had a very positive experience so far. If there is anything to improve that could come to my mind now, perhaps would be related to establishing a more predictable cadence for Sprint planning and Sprint Review, although at this stage the way we have been collaborating is proving to be fine.

What challenge were you trying to address with Nuclea Solutions?

We were thinking of revamping our website to improve our branding presence to investors.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We engaged with Nuclea Solutions for their web development and design services. We first started the partnership with a call to scope out our requirements and understand what we wanted to achieve, and decided to build the platform through Webflow.

They’ve since been providing us with landing page creation, animation, Figma design, content development, and CTA implementation. We’re now on pace to complete this project.

Once the project is done, we’re looking to have them maintain and host our website to ensure everything will run smoothly.

What is the team composition?

We mainly work with Begoña (Creative Director) and a copywriter.

How did you come to work with Nuclea Solutions?

They were recommended to us by one of our employees.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve roughly invested $2,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing partnership started in July 2022.

The fact that the team is able to accomplish their tasks and quickly progress through this project is quite amazing.

They perform well from a project management standpoint because they strictly adhere to our budget and timelines.

We mainly communicate through WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re impressed with their cost-effective solution and approach to problem-solving.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t have any constructive feedback because the partnership has been great.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would advise you to utilize WhatsApp in your project and if you don’t know what that is, I suggest you get acclimated with it for a smoother process.
