After an independent consultant unexpectedly went MIA, we needed a team that could handle our evolving business processes and effectively manage our NetSuite integrations bridging data into / out of our other software platforms. Since partnering with Nuage, we’ve made significant strides in the following areas (key areas highlighted, but there's been so much more!):

• Security Upgrades to Syncs: We successfully enhanced the security of our data syncs, ensuring that our integrations meet the latest security standards and protect sensitive business data.
• Updated and Optimized Sync Processes: We refined our sync processes to increase efficiency, adapting them to meet our current business needs. 
• Built New Syncs for HR Software Migration: Nuage played a crucial role in building out new syncs for our HR migration from Paycom to ADP.

Our Pick, Pack, and Ship process in NetSuite was all messed up.  We had created so many customizations and had gone so far away from how NetSuite was intended to be used. Nuage helped us undo all the customizations that were bogged our processes down and set us on the right path to streamline this process.

Nuage also helped us strip back some other customizations that we had implemented that were affecting our customer pricing.  They helped us unwind the web that we had created and get back to the margins selected on the customer set up being the determining factor in pricing.

They are also currenlty helping us implement an electronic proof of delivery so we can invoice customers while our drives are out on the road instead fo waiting for them to bring stacks of papers back that need to be scanned in.

The fact that our processes are running much smoother in NetSuite now.  We're finally using the system as intended and it's made our processes much more efficient.

Their project management was great.  We have a standing check in each week to disucss priorities. And we'll have ad hoc meetings to go over specific updates related to the projects. They always delivery on time and follow through with thier action items.

They actually understand NetSuite! We had NetSuite ACS for a year and it was totally worthless. We've accomplished more with Nuage in our first month of business than we did out of entire year with ACS.

We conduct weekly meetings to define needs and review progress for each need. I have no measurable indicators to quote other than the task list kept by the project team.

Most all tasks have been completed on time and within alloted hours.  They continually respond to needs and are capable of realigning goals based on specific business related needs.

The dedication of the project team is impressive.  They are quick to understand the need, responsive to adapting based on explanation, and they provide the required outcome in a timely manor and consistently communicate when issues are encountered.

It is part of the business model, however, having the ability to carry over unused hours between one month and the next would be extremely helpful. Though we generally utilize all hours each month (and sometimes more at additional cost) there are times where I feel like I invent work to avoid utilizing and losing available hours.

Our first project with the Nuage team (done on a T&M basis, before we joined Stratus) was to create a custom script that runs in response to a button that is pressed and will 'kit' the work order by creating an accompanying inventory adjustment that moves the lot-numbered raw material out of the 'Unallocated' lot number and into an order-specific lot number. There were additional requirements around kitting additional bundles and mapping to new fields for reporting that the team was able to help with.

NetSuite handled our implementation, but our post-go-live support was unsatisfactory and we had a number of problems to work through plus new Finance/Accounting staff was new to NetSuite.  We contracted with Nuage to review our configuration, recommend improvements, and to provide support to various projects surfaced by our team.
