A video for use on our website and socials, combining intereviews with senior execs with 3D filming/animation based on screen recordings of our app including close ups to show product detail.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

A video that the whole company was proud of, and bringing much pride to the team that developed the product. Good viewing numbers, including people watching the whole video. Great response within socials (a lot of positivity in comment sections, forums etc).

NRG was consultative in its approach, helping with storyboarding and scripting. Our timeline was tight; deliverable and dates were specified in advanced and NRG hit every single milestone. We stayed in close touch, with NRG sharing rough cuts to ensure we stayed on the same page throughout the project. NRG were open, transparent and fast to act throughout the whole project.

Even with hindsight, I would change nothing about the service NRG Digital Ltd provided. The reason I'm taking time to provide feedback is that I thought NRG was exceptional throughout the whole project.

Ethypharm were looking to create a video library of our sites, production facilities and processes in the UK. The footage is to support internal and external projects ranging from HSSE awareness to Global Marketing. The deliverables were sequences that showed an entire process and highlighted the quality of the products we make.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We now have a library of our most active processes and examples of product manufacturing that didn't exist before. Our global Marketing team have built presentations around relevant video scenes that illustrate the quality of our products and processes. This has been particularly useful in the work we do with African Nations.

Excellent planning and regular meetings meant that the video shoots ran to schedule. NRG were very flexible when we needed to change the schedule to capture a particular product. We always knew what was going on so great planning and communication.

Their creative approach was what drew me to the company. This is backed up by a team that is very skilled and professional in their approach and execution of the filming and digital asset management

We approached NRG to create a promotional video for a new concept, a target football smart shinpad. NRG set up a series of meetings to really understand what we were looking for and from the outset provided so many ideas and concepts that we could explore. 
The team were absolutely fantastic in their communication keeping us informed at all times of the progress and when we asked for a couple of changes they were so accommodating. We were absolutely blown away by the final result and have received so many compliments about the video

It has without a doubt helped us to promote our shinpads and help us stand out from the crowd. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend NRG in the future and we will definitely be looking to use them again.

It is hard to completely quantify this as we have a series of marketing initiatives happening concurrently but purely based on the actual feedback from people seeing the video. Sales have definitely increased

I would say NRG completely over delivered and we were pleasantly surprised by the amount of detail put in to ensure our goals were met. They delivered ahead of time and any queries we had were responded to on the same day without fail

The fact we could have access to any member of the team including the owner at times to ensure we achieved the outcome was very impressive. Their willingness to adapt to our needs was very refreshing compared to other companies we have used

Success of legacy fundraising cannot be measured in the short term...only after people have died! It is also a private and confidential matter, so difficult to discuss with people. We did however notice an increase in the numbers of people happy to let us know that they have left a gift in their will.

The scope of the project was to simply inject creativity into a static presentation. This was the first time we have worked with the team at NRG and we were impressed from the outset. The team's passion for bringing the extra magic sauce, and the indescribable essence of creativity to the project was what made this animated presentation come to life.

The final video was key in selling a vision for a project both with internal and external customers.  The video was so successful in it's objectives it help us land a 1 year contract with a major supermarket, worth circa $2.5m
