Please describe your company and your position there.

Our company is a part of a global leader in IT transformational consulting and development, empowered by IT experts and technology. My role as a Vendor & IT Manager is to match vendors with internal needs to cover the company's values and projects.

For what projects/services did your company hire Novaris?

We were in need of finding qualified IT experts to assist us with our current projects and to fulfill the demands of various difficulties.

SOLUTION

How did you select this agency and what were the deciding factors?

We selected partner companies that met specific requirements, such as the best business responsiveness and IT specialists that fit our needs. Novaris fulfilled these requirements.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

They provided IT experts on different projects through a body leasing model. These steps included:

• Sending the current project demand to Novaris.
• Novaris initiating the recruitment process (by reviewing their pipeline and evaluating the possibility of relocating employees from other projects to our company).
• Providing matched candidates for the given demand.
• Monitoring the progress of the entire recruitment process until the hiring on the project.
• Managing employees and maintaining relationships with those who have joined the project.
• Supporting when a particular employee leaves the project - off-boarding and providing a replacement candidate as soon as possible.

Describe the recruitment process in detail.

We first discussed our projects with our account manager. Then, we sent the gathered information to Novaris. Considering that, they shortlisted a number of candidates based on the need for our internal interview. We met with each of them for a technical interview and evaluated their skills before hiring them.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

With their support, we were able to secure projects within the desired timeframe.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The team from Novaris met all of our daily requirements, including being punctual for every meeting, providing business, management support in every circumstance, regardless of the complexity of the issue. They would monitor any issues we had through the different business cases.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They provided high-level IT experts and assisted us in securing various challenging projects. I appreciate their proactive and transparent approach. We were extremely inspired by their understanding of our business and the way the whole cooperation was handled as a partnership.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I have no objections about their work.

I work for a major telecoms company as the IT Expert dealing mainly with BSS systems.

What challenge were you trying to address with Novaris?

We originally brought them on to help us with small side projects such as site and feature upgrades.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They have helped us with almost every part of our digital presence at this point, including website migrations between platforms, overhauls of different properties, and backend infrastructure work.

Last year, we were upgrading our main platform, and we relied on their team for that entire process from start to finish. Their team handled the custom development of the code and everything required to fully integrate it into our existing suite of technologies.

What was the team composition?

I work with about 10 members of their team, as well as their general manager who serves as a liaison for most of the work.

How did you come to work with Novaris?

When I started for the company, they were already connected with Novaris, so I simply maintained and grew that

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve worked together for close to ten years, starting around January 2010 and continuing today.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Personally, I have been very pleased with the quality of all of the work that they delivered. Because we are on the larger side for an organization, we have between 4–5 subcontractors that we can work with on any given project. Compared to those others, their work is the best quality and I always prefer to go to their team whenever we need something taken care of.

How did Novaris perform from a project management standpoint?

I interface directly with their developers, so I’m not entirely sure about their project management skills, but we have had no problems with communicating or meeting deadlines with their team. They have done a good job to keep us updated and make sure everyone knows where we are on the work.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The level of personal attention that they give to their clients makes them really enjoyable to work with. One of their developers has become my friend over the years that we’ve worked together, and I reach out to him when we have any problem that we haven’t been able to solve because they are so knowledgeable about the technologies they use like JavaScript and SQL.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Our efforts in QA could be a little bit stronger because their team is more junior there, but it hasn’t caused us any problems.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Don’t be afraid to give them a difficult project. They have the technical skill to handle whatever you can throw at them.

For the migration project: Source data analysis migration system adaptation for Vectra Migration DATA to new CRM system

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Experience in telecommunications companies in similar projects and price.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

For all project we just ordered an analysis, because we stoped the project CRM implementation. For analysis we used tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams and, of course MS office (word, excel).

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

11 Persons: 1 - PM 5 - Analyst 3 - Developer 3 - QA

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Final product for fisrt order was source analysis and mapping to new CRM. We stoped project implemation CRM in Vectra, but we can in futere used source analysis when we start new project implamation CRM in our Company

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Communication with the PM and the team was very good. The points and expectations discussed were clearly for both side. For communication we used MS Teams, email, JIRA, Confluence.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their experience and standardization/quality of analysis was exceptional.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don't see.
