The scope was to highlight and show the new features of our homebroker app for our customers. This features were beign deliverd as a greater package of improvement in the platform. We hired novadream to make a video showing theses features and to animate them, to give a more lively feeling for the application. Later, some of the animations were implemented as built in animations in the app.

• We had a very specific and tight delivery date and nova dream made it
• Our design team was very picky and specifi about what they wanted, so the final product was to our linking 
• The budget did not change 
• The customers loved it

Project management was good, we had some meetings and some weekly deliverables We could always talk about changes, if needed
