Additionally, first-time right installs improved by about 20 percentage points, on-time in full delivery improved by around 18 points, average order value increased by about 12%, and close rate improved by roughly 9 points. 
Moreover, scrap was reduced by about 15%, inventory turns improved from around four to six, warranty claims decreased by about 22%, and customer satisfaction scores rose by about 15 points. Overall, the investment paid back in under four months.

We established a pre-project baseline, instrumented the new apps and ERP with timestamps and defect codes, and tracked every job from quote to install using barcodes and photo evidence so remake events were counted only when a replacement was issued and fitted.
