We saw strong early results. Customer engagement on the site increased, visitors spent more time exploring our collections, and online orders began to rise steadily. The overall shopping experience felt smoother and more polished, which translated into better conversion and higher customer interest from day one.We measured the impact over the months following our July 2025 launch, and the results were very positive. Since launching the new platform, overall engagement increased by around 38%, average time on site improved by about 27%, and our order volume grew by approximately 32% steady, meaningful improvements that continued as more customers discovered the updated online store.The improvements were mainly driven by a redesigned, visually appealing storefront that made browsing much easier, a smoother and more intuitive purchasing flow, and stronger product storytelling with clearer descriptions and better imagery. What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Notix's work helped us drop our quote turnaround from about three days to the same day, measurement accuracy reached over 99%, remake and defect rates fell by about 35%, and lead time from order to installation shortened by roughly 25%. Additionally, first-time right installs improved by about 20 percentage points, on-time in full delivery improved by around 18 points, average order value increased by about 12%, and close rate improved by roughly 9 points. 
Moreover, scrap was reduced by about 15%, inventory turns improved from around four to six, warranty claims decreased by about 22%, and customer satisfaction scores rose by about 15 points. Overall, the investment paid back in under four months.

We established a pre-project baseline, instrumented the new apps and ERP with timestamps and defect codes, and tracked every job from quote to install using barcodes and photo evidence so remake events were counted only when a replacement was issued and fitted. Measurement accuracy came from automatic tolerance checks and spot audits by supervisors, while first-time right installs were verified by installer checklists and customer sign-off. 
Lead time and on-time in full were calculated from order, production, and delivery timestamps, and inventory turns came from monthly cost of goods sold over average inventory. Customer satisfaction improved based on post-install surveys with response rates and scoring audited, and we validated all metrics with weekly dashboards, random QA samples, and a before and after comparison over comparable seasonal periods.

Notix ran the project with clear owners, weekly check-ins, and a transparent dashboard for scope, risks, and decisions. They hit the Phase 1 deadline on time with the quoting, measurement, and CAD automation live as planned. A small ERP inventory sync slipped by one sprint due to custom fields, but they flagged it early, provided a workaround, and kept the overall go-live and quality on track.

Overall, we were very satisfied, but Notix could have front-loaded ERP and inventory schema discovery to avoid a small sync delay, shipped an offline-first mode for the site measurement app sooner, expanded early training and how-to videos for installers and sales reps, provided a dedicated sandbox for integrations, tightened the risk log with clear fallbacks, and spent an extra sprint on brand and document templates so quotes and drawings needed fewer manual tweaks.
