Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the VP of marketing for Invisibly. We are a technology startup that is launching an app soon. We also have a web product that allows users to put their data to work.

What challenge were you trying to address with NoGood?

We’ve hired NoGood to act as our growth marketing partner. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

NoGood has helped us with paid marketing efforts, lifecycle marketing, and SEO services. Their team is helping us create a growth plan that is focused on finding the right users and costs and ultimately driving the company's growth. 

We’ve run many PPC advertising campaigns, but we’re currently focusing on TikTok, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. In the past, we’ve also tried Apple Search Ads and Reddit Ads. NoGood has conducted keyword research, technical content optimization, and written content briefs. They’ve also focused on marrying a long-term SEO strategy with short-term growth objectives to maximize value. 

What is the team composition?

We work with around six people. This includes a growth strategist, an SEO individual, a lifecycle marketer, a designer, and paid marketing specialists specific to each platform. 

How did you come to work with NoGood?

We found them through a Google search. They ranked number one on Google rankings, so we figured that they’d be the right choice for us. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in June 2021, and the engagement is ongoing. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I don’t have any specific numbers, but when it comes to customer acquisition, they’ve really helped us achieve outstanding growth metrics at a rapid pace and for a low cost. In terms of lifecycle marketing, we’ve created a plan that helps craft specific personas, so we are a cut above all of the industry benchmarks for our metrics. 

NoGood has been a fantastic partner for a tech startup because they really understand how marketing and product intersect. They’ve taken the time to understand how our product works and where it’s going. Their quality of work is excellent, and we’ve continued to partner with them because they are a step above other agencies. 

The leader of their company Mostafa (CEO), is incredibly approachable, supportive, and offers his strategic overview of the account. We’ve been able to stay ahead of key changes because of his understanding. 

How did NoGood perform from a project management standpoint?

They are proactive communicators, and if there is ever a time when NoGood is not going to deliver on time, they tell us that in advance. We communicate via Zoom and Slack. 

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

We’d like to shout out Nicole (Growth Strategy). Her willingness to think outside the box and tackle problems head-on has been impressive; she really feels like a part of our team. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their team has done a great job understanding strategic oversights and the cutting-edge side of what is happening in paid media. Their growth marketing initiatives around paid media, specifically understanding new platforms and knowing the latest trends to capitalize on, have been really impressive. Their team is full of experts, and they are consistently learning. NoGood also works very quickly. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

They’ve grown a lot since we began, and we have hit a stride. We’d love for them to continue pushing on ideas that are out of the standard paid media. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Take the time to ensure that everyone on their team understands the product and product roadmap. It’s very important that marketers understand all things related to the product to get the most out of marketing efforts.
