Agriachieve, our specialized bilingual workforce management platform. It’s not a traditional LMS because it focuses on real-time task assignments, role-based competency evaluations, and compliance with National Occupational Standards (NOS) and Competency Profiles (CP) across multiple agricultural commodities—in both English and French.
Unlike a typical learning management system, Agriachieve is designed to handle deeply nested data structures for complex job roles, ensuring every task aligns with the specific commodity a company manages. The system synchronizes data in real time, validates nested hierarchies, and maintains bilingual integrity so that NOS and CP documents are always up to date in both languages. We built it iteratively—setting up core infrastructure, developing a parsing engine for hierarchical data, and implementing real-time API interactions with AJAX long-polling for smooth, instant updates.
Ultimately, we wanted a system that could adapt to the Canadian agricultural sector’s evolving needs, including real-time validations, bilingual synchronization, and precise, commodity-linked assignments. Agriachieve accomplishes this with a modular design, robust back-end logic, and a dynamic front-end that’s tested for speed, security, and cross-browser reliability.
So, while an LMS focuses mostly on training course delivery and tracking, Agriachieve goes further by offering granular workforce management tailored to each agricultural commodity’s unique requirements. We’ve essentially built a new standard for bilingual, modular workforce management—one that can handle detailed role hierarchies, large-scale data, and immediate task distribution in a way typical LMS platforms just aren’t designed to do. The project allowed the client to replace an antiquated ecommerce integration. It provides a more robust solution and ultimately has enabled monthly online sales to more than double since launch.

Project management style is calm but focused. Tasks are trafficked through a ticketing system and addressed in detail. Response time is excellent as well as delivery schedule. Great communication through weekly virtual meetings and daily emails or ticket response was valuable in maintaining client reporting and project focus.
