Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The software developments and testing were related to many different areas of the eCommerce customer journey, as the Noa Ignite consultants were embedded in the tech team, working with the regular backlogs and roadmaps. I can point out some examples, like testing a new SDK integration for one of the main payment providers (Klarna) and implementing marked-based pricing which was key to increasing conversion rate in the different countries.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The Noa Ignite team really rolled up their sleeves and became part of the tech family! While their contributions naturally blended in with the overall team effort, it's important to highlight the positive impact they made by leading key projects and initiatives. Their technical expertise proved invaluable, and they were instrumental in driving progress!

Project management was done by NA-KD but the team members were following the estimated timelines and delivering on time. They were flexible, adjusting to required changes, and fitted really well with the rest of the team.
