Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the CEO of a company that provides mobile safety systems for schools and other campus-based enterprises.

For what projects/services did your company hire No Scope Code LTD, and what were your goals?

We hired Nemanja Stosic as part of our development team building a school safety mobile app to enhance safety and emergency management of critical incidents in the school environment primarily for US schools in the K-12 grade levels. This has subsequently been expanded to include related apps for safety in multiple other environments.

How did you select No Scope Code LTD and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for a developer that could write code for multi-platform mobile devices in order to improve the efficiency of building and releasing versions of the app on both iOS and Android platforms simultaneously. Nemanja was recommended to us for his experience in Flutter.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

Development of a User-Facing front end connected to Firebase back-end database and implemented of various (fairly complex) functionalities. Agreed timelines for established deliverables were consistently met by the team.

We worked with Nemanja Stosic, an app developer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The App is a high-value use of mobile technology providing potentially life preserving functionality in a critical, time sensitive environment. By necessity, due to the working environment it had to be intuitive and straight-forward to avoid errors or delays in usage. Those objectives were achieved as well as many functionality enhancement that were added as more information on field usage under real-world conditions became available.

Individual team members works ndependently with specific deliverables and sequence of implementation. Everything is determined by Project Management staff and communicated in weekly team digital "stand up" meeting in which all members reported on status of their deliverables and coordinated with other team members. In between meetings team members coordinated their work via Slack, email, and phone with statusing of deliverables via Trello.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The App has unique and sometimes complicated functions that sometimes required out of the box thinking. Nemanja always went the extra mile to determine and evaluate available solutions and select those that would produce reliable results.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We are happy with the results.
