The scope of work was to help us take our clients failing paid social campaigns and turn them around so that they become profitable. We ran a significant discovery phase with nn.partners and our client which helped us to build out a plan of action. We were then given the freedom to start implementation which involved a significant amount of campaign and creative testing. nn.partners were able to deliver all parts of the implementation phase including creatives and copy which are all high quality and to the clients brand guidelines.

Nikita is our main point of contact and leads on strategy. We don't speak directly to the rest of the team, however we have collaborated with them and they all work to a high standard.

Since working with nn.partners our client has seen a healthy consistent ROI of over 300% on the ad campaigns we are running. We are constantly hitting our revenue goals and are obtaining really positive feedback from the client.

Nikita and team are always on hand via any comms method. We use Google workspace for comms and ClickUp for resource management and nn.partners use both seamlessly. We have regular weekly meetings with Nikita and he is more than capable of being on and running client calls.

When working with other agencies and freelancers it can often be quite difficult to integrate with them and get really good results. What I found really impressive from nn.partners is not only their incredible amount of knowledge on paid as a channel, but also their complete professionalism and yearn for high quality results. The whole organization is performing well. NNPARTNERS meets our budget; they lower our costs while achieving good results. We don’t have any particular deadlines that we need to meet. For communication, we usually use Skype. We usually meet every two weeks via Google Meet or Zoom to go over the campaigns’ results and the strategies we’ll use over the next couple of weeks.

Their team makes decisions based on conversions. Instead of focusing on creating an that is hypothetically good, they look at the results. They check how well the current ads perform and if there are any conversions gained. From there, they decide if it’s worth continuing a certain campaign if we reach a certain conversion rate.
