We requested an easy and intuitive system to host our consultants reports on inspections and red teams that are done to security officers who work for our clients.

The system also hosts training of security officers.

The request was to create permissions and hierarchy so not all clients can see everything that is in the system, only the reports that are relevant for them. Also, inside the client organization, not all managers should be exposed to all the data.

The system should be built to scale.

In addition, we requested that data from our previous system, which is stored on ExpressionEngine be migrated to the new system.

No one is perfect, including myself. There are always areas for improvement but the BEST thing about this team is as soon as you flag something with them they are on it straight away and very responsive to your feedback. It was a difficult situation where Ninjatech was inserted into a change of developer teams. A big amount of old coding to go through and clean up. Timeframes were very short and a big team was created quickly for all different tasks both concerning our SaaS Laraval PHP platform, our website and building new native mobile apps. NinjaTech project managers Sam & Prashant made a fantastic job to make this handover smooth and professional.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

A fantastic project management team with Sam & Prashant. They took everything over from our previous developer team in a very professional and speedy manner. Within one month all coding was cleaned up and many new features ready on the large task list.

Now after 3 months working together our SaaS platform is almost 100% finished, it was a very long task list and new incoming tasks every week to handle. Our website look fantastic after the re-design and the new native mobile apps are in the stores and our clients love them. An incredible amount of programming and design work has been done in a very short time and in the most professional way.

As already stated, the project team with Sam 6 Prashant has been incredibly receptive, we have had many meetings and emails per week. They have always been there to calm me, explain everything and come up with better solutions for all the features and screen design. Even under high time pressure they have been calm and very well organized. Many things has been delivered before deadline. I could not wish for any better project management.

Very impressed by the project management, the client management by Mike, the efficiency of everything from project meetings, developing. testing, going live with new solutions under short time frames and with high quality.

Also impressive to inhouse have so many different developer talents to throw in to a diverse project with both PHP progrmming, native app production, website design. The price point is very good and the honesty and open communication has been fantastic. Also the fexibility to increase and decrease the staffing on monthly level has been very generous.

Even though they offer attractive prices, they weren´t the cheapest compared to other providers from their region. They could establish a work an communication routine (sprint planning) where they include us as clients more regularly. We did it much more ad-hoc. As we had a quite strict deadline, it could also be that this was a special case.

I’m the CEO and founder of a technology company. We do everything tech-related such as networking, cybersecurity, programming, and minor repairs.

We needed someone to bring out our services as a company. We do websites and app development, and Ninja Technolabs does the same thing at a better rate. Additionally, we developed this strong partnership with Ninja Technolabs so that our company can survive the current pandemic.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Ninja Technolabs is revamping and recoding my website as a testing platform using key software and technologies. 

Before I put them with our clients, I want to see what they can do first because, in this day and age, everyone can do a WordPress or Joomla site. This is why I requested something more detailed and custom to really challenge them, and see if they can succeed if a client puts them in the same situation.

Some of the technologies I requested is something called the MERN Stack — a React-based attachment created by Facebook, and MongoDB, A database that works with that technology. Our plan is to develop these technologies because Facebook, Netflix, and other huge companies around the world, use this platform to solve problems in a way that’s done properly.

What is the team composition?

I work with a sales manager, project manager, and developer. I mostly communicate with the sales manager because I’m a firm believer in having one point of contact. This is so the instructions and details that I put forth are not miscommunicated.

How did you come to work with Ninja Technolabs?

One of their managers sent an email out trying to find companies to work with. I received their email and decided to see what they were about, because I’ve dealt with other companies in India and Europe before. What I’ve learned is that things are very different when it comes to the perception of working with those countries. Other people will probably only see the bad side, while I always try to see the good.

I’m a person that likes to take risks and see how those risks benefit my company. I tried them out, submitted my deposit, and it went on from there — so far, their service has been great. I didn’t consider any other vendors aside from them because they already give me great service. If you show a company loyalty and respect, you get the same things in return.

My company can develop things on their own, but what we want is a decent partnership where we can grow together.

As a developer who has years of experience in the field of technology, I measure their success based on the values that I would give myself. I want to see how they interact with me as a person, and how they meet deadlines.

How did Ninja Technolabs perform from a project management standpoint?

They communicate with me based on my timeframe, so they try really hard even though we’re in two different time zones. I also readjusted my schedule to their time so I can get the most of the collaboration. This was also to ensure that both companies are available in case we need each other throughout the day. Additionally, we mostly use Skype to communicate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We find their customer service really impressive. There are a lot of companies that only look at the bottom line, and don’t focus on customer service. Ninja Technolabs focuses on me as a client, and makes sure I’m always happy.

One time, I challenged myself to design a website in less than eight hours. I made a lot of requests to change something I didn't like with the design I gave them — Ninja Technolabs was always polite and accommodated all my requests. They work hard to ensure that I’m satisfied with their services. 

I always make sure that things are done properly so that they can do the same thing for my clients. I want my clients to feel secure, protected, and part of our family. We want them to get the best out of anything that they want, which is why we put our hearts into what we do. This what I expect Ninja Technolabs to do and they’re doing a really good job upholding it. They show me how things can be done, and that everything is possible with hard work.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’m still going to use them for the future and as of this time, I have no comment. Everything has gone the way we expected, and their work has been really good.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Just be prepared. Have everything you want documented and organized to a T, and set your goals accordingly. Once you have everything planned and prepped, they will do the job. If you come extremely prepared, they won’t have to call and ask questions, because they will accomplish your tasks in a very timely manner.
