I engaged with Ninja Tropic because I was looking for something fun, entertaining, and interactive for my team. We have tried other training/e-learning processes in the past, and nothing was sticking. For our team, we have a ton of high "I" personalities where they need to stay on track due to their ADHD natures. We wanted to have them use their creativity and build out a traiing platform for our team that would have them actually WANTING to get their training done.

After a few iterations, they nailed it! The biggest deliverable was that it needed to be fun - and it was!
