NinjaPromo.io helps us with our community management. In order to create a blockchain-technology game, we need to be in touch with our community all the time through Discord and Telegram, so they manage our community on those platforms.

NinjaPromo.io provide us with regular content creation and posting on both platforms, and they moderate and oversee our server channels. Moreover, they offer basic user support and answer tickets. Their team also supports the activities and events we organize.

To create content, we provide NinjaPromo.io with our guidelines, and they create the content according to what we want to promote. Additionally, they create general content about the cryptocurrency space so that our community can be informed about current news and have a wider understanding of the industry. Currently, their team is doing research about cryptocurrencies, NFTs, and the Metaverse, which helps them create said content.

Once ready, the NP team managed our channels and worked with our creative director to provide additional content in line with our brand strategy. This included video content, social media and the creation of long-form thought leadership and PR assets. NP was especially helpful in crafting and landing influencer engagements and crypto media placements.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The campaign was a great success. NP was quick to understand the product and its differentiation in the marketplace and was quick to shift as our priorities changed throughout.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We used Telegram and video conferencing, which worked great. There were some challenges with providing feedback and seeing quick results. There were a few team changes, but this is normal for agencies. Generally it was great working with them.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The account leadership was great. Olga was very attentive and not pushy. Their team had good experience in the Web3 space that was very helpful.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Some aspects of the account weren't streamlined as well as others. The PR processes were all very straightforward and easy to follow, yet the paid media not as much. NP could do well to ensure more consistency across the agency's services.

Right now, we do not have too many communications put out there about our company so we are trying to slowly change that by producing quality content so we will become more visible to customers/clients in the future.

We wanted to make an impactful video that will help showcase that we are a professional company that can give you the results that you are looking for.

I searched high and low for different vendors but in the end decided to go with NinjaPromo. From the very beginning, communicating with them has been very smooth and I always get replies to inquiries immediately.

This pushed me to choose NinjaPromo. When working on a project, you’d want to make sure that the people you’re working with are reliable and responsive. Aside from this, they also priced us fairly for what we asked for.

We started with a discovery call to iron out all our expectations and requirements. They were very meticulous to note all details. Then we moved on to the script-writing, some edits and finally, had about 4 rounds of edits for the actual video animation.

Our contract only included 2 rounds of edits but they accommodated extra edits because they also wanted to make sure that the video they produced is top-notch and exactly how we wanted it to be.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

Initially, I was put into contact with the team by Ann. She also took care of the initial queries I made. Throughout the project, I communicated mostly with Julia, the marketing project manager who made sure everything went according to the timeline set and also with Anya who made sure the script-writing and communication with the motion department is smooth.

I really liked that everything was very structured and I know exactly what’s happening and what to expect next.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We loved the video style created by NinjaPromo! It’s fresh, cool and drives an impactful campaign. Although we haven’t uploaded this onto our website yet, the initial feedback from our management are very positive. NinjaPromo.io was able to deliver exactly what we had envisioned.

NinjaPromo is easy to work with. We communicated through some video calls and daily telegram updates. I like that they followed up with me when there were times I didn’t reply right away. Overall, the timeline was followed and everything went smoothly.

Definitely value-for-money and also their creativeness. Again, good communication played a big role in this successful project together.

They are a fantastic strategic partner. We generate about 1,500 leads a month. About 400 of those leads are high-quality.

NinjaPromo is creating visual, video, and text content for our social media accounts. These include long-read stories, quizzes, and GIFs. They usually create 20 unique posts, 25 stories, and one video per month. Usually, they produce animated explainer videos, but they’ve also done live-action videos.

I give NinjaPromo my vision of how our content will go, and they create materials that reflect my vision. I’ve given them our brand manual, and they follow and enhance that with their designs.

NinjaPromo is good at project management. They’re very flexible — if we have an urgent request, they’re always accomodating, and we can have it within the next day. NinjaPromo’s designs are very good, and on top of that, they are adaptive and excellent at customer service. If I need something within an hour, they’ll do their best to deliver.

I can’t think of anything. NinjaPromo is doing a perfect job, and I can’t see how I’ll manage without them.

Go for their biggest package — they provide a lot of content and a high level of assistance, and it’s absolutely worth it.

I don't even know what to begin with:

1. We've received 40.000 new followers on Instagram for our Studio
2. We've received 100+ clients from Instagram
3. Apart from that our website is on top of google and yandex, we haven't expected that at all

Usually they reply within 30 minutes to any request and work 7 days a week which is really important for us as we're b2c business as well and need some things to go live on weekends as well. The only thing wasn't perfect to me is that they are not always available for calls so I had to write them.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I wasn't expecting the results receive. As an example, we had to hire 10 more designers to cover new orders. We're one of the biggest Interior design studios as for now and partly that happened because of ninjapromo team
