What specific goals or objectives did you hire Nimbus tech to accomplish?

• We hired Nimbus tech to build a digital marketplace where consumers can compare and purchase insurance, credit, and telecom products in one place for one of our clients. The goals were to launch a customer-facing web platform and native mobile apps, automate quote collection from multiple insurance companies so users get comparable offers in seconds instead of days, and enable a fully digital end-to-end purchase flow for vehicle insurance, including online payment.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Nimbus tech handled the full product development lifecycle: product architecture, design implementation from Figma, development, cloud infrastructure, and ongoing maintenance. The scope covered the customer web application (Next.js quote funnel and offers), iOS and Android mobile apps (Flutter), an internal admin panel, backend services in Go and Python (including a quote and business-rules engine), direct API integrations with seven insurance companies, telecom offer submission and a serverless availability checking system for three telecom providers, payment integration for vehicle insurance, and the complete AWS infrastructure (Terraform, ECS, Lambda) with CI/CD pipelines.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The platform went from concept to a live product: web platform and mobile apps delivered, with a fully digital vehicle insurance purchase flow covering seven insurance companies. Quote comparison that previously required contacting each insurer individually is now automated and returns live, comparable prices in seconds. Lead processing for telecom, credit, and other insurance products is fully automated, including availability checks against three telecom providers and automatic handoff to providers' CRM systems.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Project management was structured and reliable. Work was organized in iterative deliveries with regular demos and clear priorities, and the team was responsive to changing requirements – for example when new insurer or telecom integrations were added to the scope. Milestones were delivered on time, and production issues were monitored proactively with alerting in place and quick turnaround on fixes.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The breadth of ownership is impressive. One team covered native mobile, web, multiple backend services, a rules-based pricing engine, cloud infrastructure, and – most importantly – the hard integration work: seven insurance companies, each with its own API contract and data quirks, plus telecom providers without public APIs, where they built reliable automated availability checks. They consistently turned messy, real-world vendor constraints into a smooth product experience.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Nimbus tech could have done differently?

Nothing significant. As with any project of this scope, some external vendor integrations took longer than initially estimated, but that was largely driven by the third parties involved, and Nimbus tech was transparent about it throughout.

We needed help developing a platform for lead onboarding and legal intake.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Nimbus tech has built a platform from scratch for routing marketing leads to a cloud-based infrastructure. The team has also integrated the platform with external call centers and phone rooms.
