I recently had the pleasure of availing the Income Tax Return filing service provided by my friend, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. I can't thank her enough for the peace of mind he brought to the typically stressful tax season.

Moreover, the ease of communication with my CA friend was remarkable. Se was always approachable and responsive, promptly addressing any queries or concerns that I had. Her ability to explain complex tax concepts in simple terms was incredibly helpful, making the entire process hassle-free and comprehensible for me.

Lastly, I must emphasize the overall value I received from my CA friend's services. The fee charged was reasonable, considering the high level of expertise and personalized attention I received. Moreover, the tax savings resulting from the investment plan she recommended far outweighed the service cost, making it a truly wise and beneficial investment.

This is an ongoing collaboration. They are highly responsive and generally timely. When I have questions or needs they are quick to respond despite the time differences. When there are delays, they let me know, and we adjust as needed. I'm more likely to cause delays than they are.

I love that these are smart, professional women whoh take the time to explain anything I need to know and allow me to cede my worries about my book keeping to a competent team 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Nimblefincorp could have done differently?

There website migration was awkward as it was done right before the US April 15th deadline, I would have timied that differently. I'd also prefer to have everything fully clarifyed and defined by the end of a fiscal year, rather than in the next year, so that all we are waiting on are 1099s to finish up, allowing me to forget about the past year's accounting. 
There have been staffing changes that were not announced in advance, i would prefer to know when changes are planned and who my primary contact is. This could be handled better
