They initially told us we had to pay before they talked to us; it took them many days to acknowledge they’d received the fund. Ultimately, the report they sent was garbage and nothing we could use because it wasn’t relevant to our project. No one from our team members understood it, and it was sucked in from information available on Google. They didn’t do a study.

They disappeared and sent auto replies to our emails; it was pretty challenging.

We weren’t happy with the money we paid. They charged us $5,000 and sent copy-and-paste information from Google; it was useless.

The client has given biased review. He never given us any negative feedback after getting the report from us. Even after we noticed his negative feedback on clutch.co, we tried to contact him many times by email and phone, but no response from his end.

We have provided him best of best project report using relevant data sources and our experienced project engineers’ team has put in their best efforts. The project report provided by us is never copy cut and paste from Google. 
The client has mentioned that we were sending auto replies by email, whereas even now, we do not have any such system. Hence, it is a wrong statement.

Our communication with clients is quite strong and interactive.
Finally, it is submitted that we are in service sector and believe in best possible client satisfaction. This client has never intimated any discrepancies or issues. The reason for giving such negative feedback is best known to the client. We are still open to sort any discrepancy in the report or would like to satisfy the client.
