What challenge were you trying to address with Nice Software Solutions Pvt Ltd?

Our challenge was with reports and analytics. We had one analyst and had recently purchased Tableau licenses, but didn’t have any expertise in-house. Previously, we were putting together reports using SQL and spreadsheets..

What was the scope of their involvement?

Nice Software Solutions Pvt Ltd gathers the requirements, creates dashboards, and drafts different reports in Tableau. So far, they have created 20 reports in the last 3–4 months. They also assist our analyst by interpreting the analytics.

Additionally, they guide us on how to create reports. We come up with the requests and requirements, and they show us how we can accomplish each task.

What is the team composition?

We work with a lead and a report writer. There are a few more people who assist them behind the scenes.

Another vendor told me about them. There were a few other companies I inquired about, but they didn’t seem to fit what we were looking for.

We have spent around $15,000 so far.

We started working with them in October 2019 and the work is still ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It’s much easier to put together and print reports with Tableau. The reports are much more user-friendly when it comes to understanding and analyzing different business situations like profit and loss and trend analysis. The team has also been doing a good job assisting our analyst.

How did Nice Software Solutions Pvt Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

They send me progress updates on a weekly basis and keep a booklet where they update the reports. We mostly communicate through email and we also have weekly calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have solid knowledge and understanding of healthcare which has been really helpful.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, they have been doing a good job. Once in a while, they will ask if there is anything else they can do and I give them feedback. Nice Software Solutions Pvt Ltd is proactive and I like the way they are working.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

They are easy to work with. If they don’t know something, they try to find someone else to help us instead.
