We needed help managing hosting for our website and revamping our e-commerce website.

The team has created a new look for our e-commerce website and improved workflows and the customer experience and interface while increasing sales.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Nibble A Bit has delivered a new website and improved processes. The team has created better quantity purchases and eased the buying process by eliminating steps. Nibble A Bit has also increased our customer outreach with email marketing campaigns and designed and implemented custom buyer programs.

How did Nibble A Bit perform from a project management standpoint?

Nibble A Bit always delivers on time. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I'm impressed by Nibble A Bit's willingness to take on the project as if it were their company. It shows their desire to ensure customer success.
