I'm the marketing lead at a venture development firm.

What challenge were you trying to address with NG MEDIA?

We needed to make a video for an innovation program for a client of ours.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They helped us plan what the video would include, and they captured an entire event on film. They interviewed event participants, then they created an atmospheric recap video of everything they shot. We shared the content on our website, on our social media, and with our partners.

What is the team composition?

I worked with one main point of contact, but the whole team was between one and three people.

How did you come to work with NG MEDIA?

They were referred to us by another company.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together around January or February 2019. The last project with them wrapped up around July 2019, but we may go to them again for future needs.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We only track the qualitative results of their work, so I don't have any numbers to share. The video is well received by everyone we've shown it to.

How did NG MEDIA perform from a project management standpoint?

They managed everything well, and they incorporated all our feedback. If we needed to make any changes, they worked with us to facilitate those changes. They were quick on set, and I never had to worry about them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They're very personable and approachable. We had a very easy time sitting down with them and figuring things out together.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could be faster with their editing process.

I don't have any recommendations or advice for potential customers; they're very easy to work with.

I am the Managing Director of Dojo Films, we are a global content agency producing content strategy for sports, adventure and corporate firms.

We needed a crew for a live sports project in Denmark, people with local knowledge and expertise in aerial and ground filming as well as post production.

What were your goals for this project?

To produce multiple pieces of content for social output for a global sports client.

We produced short video highlights of a sporting event for various social channels. high impact videos with lots going on
