We hired Nextra to manage our substantial budget for paid digital advertising. We wanted to spend our Ads spend more efficiently and find more qualified leads.

We got their contact through LinkedIn. There sales team was in touch with us for a very long time, But we then decided to finally give them a chance after we ended our contract with a previous agency.

They were involved in the complete end-to-end marketing process. They independently conducted marketing research and complete technical research related to marketing funnels and complete the automation of customer journeys. They used SEM, Facebook, and Google Display ads, email and push notification channels for our marketing.

We were in touch with project lead Megha and also We had a direct dial with company head Kunal as well.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have been seeing consistent improvement in both number of leads and quality of leads as well. CPA and other financial parameters are also way better than what we got previously

Excellent. We were getting rehular communication from their team constantly over Whatsapp and emails. We are having almost daily calls as well a weekly detailed briefing as well

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They really know how to handle any marketing requirement. They are easily able to adapt to any sort of different requirement from our end very efficiently

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing as for now. Its all going perfect as planned Marketing is a really complicated activity. Not as simple as doing a few clicks on Ads panels or something. Do give the company time and little bit freedom to operate and surely results will be achieved

We got to know about them by one of their Business developers who contacted us through LinkedIn. We then did a thorough business analysis. After a detailed review and discussions with their team, we then finally selected them for marketing services

They did everything related to search and display ads on Google. They did all the keyword research and analysis, did a campaign setup and performed really well on that regard

Our interaction was with 3 different members including project manager Sushant and also their CEO Kunal as well. They all were very humble and professional in all their interactions and offered meaningful suggestions everytime we discussed

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We got an immediate 3 fold jump in leads and overall brand recognition increased significantly. The overall quality ncrease in traffic was huge with a 10 fold increase with almost 3 times reduction in bounce rates. We also got very high quality leads after they launched certain remarketing campaigns as well.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They were very proactive on project management terms. They did maintained all the records on Excel sheets and communicated with us over phone and Zoom meetings. We were constantly updated via weekly detailed summary and review meetings as well. Overall, we were never having any troubles with them on communication standpoint

We are very impressed with the results, so we will continue to give them business and referrals from our end

I cant figure out anything right now. We are going really great with them till yet

They were responsible for complete marketing management. We gave them full control of our Google and Facebook Ad accounts as well as Google analytics and other stuff. They completely strategized and create marketing campaigns on their own and achieved 100% positive results for us. The whole campaigns are still running

We came to know that they have a pretty good marketing team of 25 plus, but we interacted with Project head Satish and his immediate team. We do have a direct contact with company founder Kunal as well, whom we communicated on a weekly basis

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our sales and revenues jumped almost within a 4 week period. ROI, which was earlier always in negative, jumped to 1.5-2X in span of just 4 weeks.

They had project management tool basecamp as well, But we preferred to communicate on Skype and Whatsapp Groups itself as it was easy for us. They sent us weekly and detailed monthly reports of the overall activities and progress

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They took ownership over our account and spent our money like it was theirs. We really like their dedication, process oriented approach and high Skill & Creativity in marketing

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

They are high on their pricing as well. I understand that the quality that they are delivering requires a price, But it could be atleast 5-10% lower

We got their reference through LinkedIn. Their founder had been in touch with us for a long time and thus we connected.

They managed end to end marketing strategy, planning and execution.Primary focus was on paid search, so they've been doing a great deal of keyword research. We take our learnings from paid search and apply them to organic searches to see where the quality traffic is coming from and what we should be ranking for. Their work is focused on SEM, display remarketing, and YouTube. We're also branching into LinkedIn and other social advertising as well.

They had quite a good team directly and indirectly working on our project. We mainly interacted with Shweta who was project manager for our accounts.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They have made improvements right away. They found a lot of areas to optimize and they had a good plan for how we could expand accounting and make it international, which everybody on the team loved. We're seeing an improved percentage of traffic coming from online advertising. The sourced pipeline is the one that everybody looks at.

If the website is our number one source for the pipeline, other kinds are number two or three, which it's never been before. We have 6 different lead sources, and it used to hover around 2-3. Remarketing is also doing great fortunes for us, users came back and they registered on the website, so the website is seeing a lift as well. In addition, we've seen increased leads and high-quality leads, or HQLs

They are very well professional on that front. Frequent meetings, day-to-day communications, and weekly detailed calls. We are very happy with the project management perspective

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They pay close attention to data analytics and optimization, which is something we have not seen with other agencies. It's because of them that we also learned that ads are all about optimizing rather than just with what we do on marketing campaigns

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Apart from a few hiccups, it's all going well till now. So I really don’t have much in this regard.

We hired Nextra IT Solutions to develop our marketplace on Woorcommerce. Our goal was to have a high-end website that reflects high quality and blue theme in design and can have lots of functionalities implemented.

We selected them based on the reviews that other clients shared but mostly after seeing their portfolio and expertise especially in developing E-commerce websites

We had a kick off meeting where we explained what we want with all the features that we need to have and asked them which platform they recommend, there were 2 choices: Either Shopify or Woocommerce, and based on our research and what we needed to have in our platform, WP/Woorcommerce was the best option. So we shared our designs with Nextra along with a list of features and then they shared with us a proposal of the scope of work which we agreed on.

We had discussions with Kunal and 2 other project members at the time. They always were very professional and highly knowledgeable in their approach and suggestions

As the website were launched, we had great feedback from everyone saying that it is very beautiful , very professional and we were so happy that they delivered bugs free website where everything was working well

They were very proactive and were very professional from that point of view. They had tools and services like basecamp as well. But we preferred regular Whatsapp and email based communication as it was easy for us

We love the commitment of Nextra IT Solutions, but mostly the people we worked with. They were always responding on time, helping us to understand many things that we had no idea about. They searched for solutions that we needed such as extensions to improve our website or best offers for third parties. we felt that they work for our company and that they want the best for us

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think the pandemic slowed down everything, I would have loved to launch earlier but we understand that the pandemic had consequences on shortage of staff especially that in India where most developers are, was hit very bad.
