Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the managing director of Magnate Assets Ltd., a real estate portal offering overseas investors a comprehensive database and detailed information on prime UK property investment opportunities, including luxury and high-yield options across UK cities.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with NEXA?

We needed help creating and managing our website, implementing our HubSpot CRM, and creating and managing our online social media marketing and creatives.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

NEXA has designed and maintained our website, provided copywriting services, and implemented our CRM to handle all lead management, follow-ups, and workflows. The team has also delivered all the marketing creatives for our projects and manages our social media marketing accounts, articles, and advertising campaigns. NEXA has created static ads and videos for paid social media campaigns and manages our SEO and AEO optimization for organic traffic.

We started working with NEXA in November 2022, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen a sharp improvement in our engagement rate, which has jumped to 18.7%. This indicates that despite changes in volume, the visitors reaching our site are highly qualified and interact more with our content.We’ve also seen strong organic traffic growth, with organic sessions surging by 154.1%, new users rising 136.9%, and total users growing 127.9%. Our total Google Search Console (GSC) impressions have grown exponentially by 237.0%. We’ve also seen growth in clicks and performance by channel, with total GSC clicks expanding by 216.3%. Additionally, our email traffic channel has shown solid upward movement, increasing by 55.2%. Finally, we’ve seen robust core keyword rankings, with our site maintaining a solid keyword footprint with keywords successfully ranking within the top 10 positions.

How did NEXA perform from a project management standpoint?

NEXA has delivered on time and within the scope of the budgets, required assets, creatives, and plans. We communicate with them through in-person and virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

NEXA’s experience and insights into the particular industry we work in — real estate marketing and lead generation — are impressive. We’ve also been impressed with the quality of their lead generation and effective management of campaigns to keep them refined, targeted, and working.
