Newxel and Feezback teamed up to create our awesome development team. They started with a Senior Python developer, who quickly became the Team Lead. A bit later the team grew to include a full-stack developer, another Python developer, and a DevOps specialist. Working in a startup environment the team built a fintech product from scratch. In the meantime, Newxel took care of everything else, like payrolls, contracts, HR stuff, and so on.

The Remitly and Newxel partnership began with a request for a qualified React Native development team. In July 2020, the first specialist accepted the offer and joined the company, and Newxel gradually assembled the necessary team. In 2022, the team was expanded with a QA specialist, a Product Manager, a UI/UX designer, and a back-end developer. 

The partnership prospered, and by 2023, the team had grown to 17 professionals. Along with these recruiting efforts, Newxel covers all back office operations for us, such as HR, legal, finance, IT support, business travel, visa services, etc.

Over the 3-year of partnership, we have grown the team several times. Currently, 17 top-tier specialists work in our R&D. We have a very low turnover rate. The team is continually growing – new positions are popping up and are closed swiftly.

The manager cares about the level of satisfaction and conducts 1-to-1 sessions to control this. • We had prior experience working with Ukrainian developers. While we were satisfied with the quality of their work, we felt the need for a more personalized approach from the project management side and a faster team scaling process.
• Newxel implemented all these requests. We initially formed a team, which has tripled, and transformed into a dedicated R&D center with 29 developers.
• Furthermore, due to embedded development, we had specific requirements for the work environment and infrastructure. Newxel not only listened to our requirements but also implemented them with high quality and efficiency.

We initiated the recruitment process by bringing on board 4 QA specialists, and within two months, we expanded the team further. As of 2023, the dedicated development team in Ukraine comprises 29 individuals, overseen by a local Site Manager. 
Newxel provides not only recruitment and full HR support but also facility and travel management, procurement, both finance and legal support. In short, they have been taking care of the team for 6 years already, as well as creating all the conditions for the developers to focus on the product.

Over the 6-year project duration, we have grown the team three times. Currently, 29 developers work in the R&D. We have a very low turnover rate. For 6 years of cooperation, only 4 developers have changed. During all 6 years of cooperation, the employee turnover rate never exceeded 5%.

Due to the rapid development of the HiBob platform, the company was constantly hiring new specialists. We at HiBob were in search of a back-end developer for web development in the Scala/Kotlin tech stack. All the efforts were unsuccessful and we turned to Newxel. It was a hard task because of the rare combination of skills and experience, but Newxel found this specialist quite quickly. 
After this, they hired for Hibob an entire team of backend developers, and expanded it with the Ukrainian site manager and other specialists. During the entire process, Newxel provided the necessary legal and accountant support regarding the employment and taxations. Recently, Newxel assembled a team for our project in Romania.
