The main goal is to bring relevant traffic to our website and support direct reservations and inquiries for accommodation, wellness stays, seasonal packages, vouchers, gastronomy, weddings, and corporate events. Their work includes campaign planning and setup, budget management, ongoing optimization, conversion tracking, and regular reporting. Because demand changes throughout the year, they adjust the campaigns based on our current priorities. This can mean promoting summer or family stays, wellness packages, Christmas vouchers, New Year stays, or generating inquiries for weddings and company events. They manage both brand and non-brand search campaigns, seasonal and special-offer campaigns, Meta campaigns, and remarketing. They also prepare and test ad copy, monitor campaign performance, and provide recommendations on how to improve results or support offers that need more visibility.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Newlogic Digital helped us make PPC a more structured, measurable, and controlled part of our marketing. The campaigns became more focused on the services and offers that matter most to the resort, including accommodation, wellness stays, seasonal packages, vouchers, and event inquiries. Their work helped us attract more relevant visitors to the website and generate stronger direct demand, particularly during important seasonal periods. The campaigns are managed across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Sklik, with an average monthly advertising budget of approximately €2,200. The year-over-year results included: A 147% increase in the number of reservations generated through paid campaigns. An 11.5% increase in the total value of reservations. A 74.4% year-over-year decrease in PNO for Google Ads, meaning that advertising costs represented a significantly smaller share of the revenue generated. These results demonstrate that the campaigns became considerably more efficient while generating a substantially higher number of direct reservations.

Newlogic Digital managed the project reliably and communicated clearly throughout the cooperation. Our priorities often change depending on the season, current occupancy, and the offers we need to promote, and their team was able to respond quickly. They adjusted campaigns and budgets when needed, prepared seasonal promotions on time, and reacted well when we wanted to focus more on wellness stays, vouchers, or specific packages. We always had a good overview of what was running and what changes were being made. Overall, they delivered on time and were flexible when our priorities changed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us most was how well Newlogic Digital understood the seasonal nature of our business. A hotel resort cannot promote the same offer throughout the year, so the campaigns need to shift between accommodation, wellness stays, vouchers, seasonal packages, gastronomy, weddings, and corporate events. They were able to react quickly to our current priorities and adjust the campaigns based on what we needed to sell at a particular time. Their team was especially strong in Google Ads, but we also valued their understanding of hospitality marketing and their proactive recommendations. Their reporting was clear and practical, and the cooperation helped us better understand which offers and campaigns were performing well.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Newlogic Digital could have done differently?

Nothing major comes to mind. The cooperation has been professional and practical. If anything, PPC works best when we are able to give the agency enough information in advance about occupancy, upcoming packages and business priorities. The more context they have, the better they can plan budgets and campaigns ahead of time. That is something we would continue to improve on our side as well.

The doctors' intranet has simplified and sped up filling out and storing medical reports, and the intranet for individual spa locations has given them a straightforward way to manage their own profile and publish news and events. The migration of members and doctors to the new system was completed without disruption to daily operations.

Training sessions with project manager were held in person, while ongoing design reviews took place online. Newlogic Digital accommodated this by preparing the form early and delivering it as an iframe embedded into our old website, so doctors could start using it right away, well before the new website itself was ready.

We needed to build a new website with a clear catalog of our products, including clay plasters, pigments, tools, accessories, and samples. We also needed to create a fully functional e-commerce site where customers could browse products, select them, add them to a cart, and complete a purchase.

Additionally, we wanted to present our products in an engaging and interesting way, including an interactive visualization tool. We also wanted to automate our processes by integrating with the Poda accounting system for automatic invoicing and email notifications via API. What was the scope of their involvement?

Newlogic Digital first carried out an analysis of our existing solution, where we addressed a number of shortcomings in the old website. Based on this analysis, Newlogic Digital designed a new website structure and came up with many ideas on how to improve the customer journey and increase the overall performance of our website. They then prepared a complete, modern design for our new website.

Newlogic Digital also came up with a way to make our website stand out, proposing a very interesting solution for presenting our products through interactive visualization. The website now functions as a fully-fledged e-commerce site where customers can browse products, select them, add them to a cart, and purchase them directly.

The entire order process is fully automated, from invoicing to sending confirmation emails, thanks to an API integration with the Poda accounting system.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Working with Newlogic Digital has brought us several concrete benefits. Thanks to automated invoicing and customer communication through the Poda integration, we no longer handle administration manually and can focus more on our customers.

The new website has brought us more quality customers, and we’re seeing an increase in the number of orders. The website is designed specifically for our target audience, which shows in a more pleasant and intuitive experience for visitors. Automating order processing saves us time that we can now dedicate to customer care instead of manual administrative work.

Although it’s still too early to draw reliable conclusions from specific figures, the most recent months have shown increased website traffic and higher sales, which we see as a very positive sign. We’ve seen a 100% increase in website traffic and a 1–2 day reduction in order processing time.

Within the first three months, traffic and inquiries increased by approximately 30–40% compared to the previous period. We also received more relevant leads through the contact forms, which helped us generate more business opportunities.

The final result feels authentic, modern, and perfectly aligned with Era’s identity.Another detail we really appreciated was their forward-thinking approach. Even though we can’t currently publish employee photos, they prepared the CMS so that a photo gallery can easily be added in the future if our internal policies change. Nothing significant comes to mind.During the preparation of the final master service agreement (MSA) and SLA, our legal team suggested a few revisions to the contractual wording.
