We needed support designing and developing a careers website to attract highly qualified professionals to our team.

What was the scope of their involvement?
Newlogic Digital designed and developed our careers website, which presents our employer brand in a modern and engaging way. The team created a modern, responsive website that reflects our employer brand while incorporating visual elements inspired by the signal patterns associated with our navigation and surveillance technologies.Newlogic Digital was responsible for the complete design and development of our careers website, from the initial concept and UX/UI design to the final implementation. One of the key deliverables was the development of an automated integration with our Datacruit recruitment system. Job openings are now managed centrally in Datacruit, which automatically distributes them to multiple job portals while keeping them synchronized with our careers website.In addition to the website and system integration, Newlogic Digital also provided professional copywriting services, helping us create clear, engaging, and consistent content throughout the careers site.Newlogic Digital provided a complete end-to-end service throughout the entire project. They managed everything from project management, UX and UI design, back-end and front-end development, to the technical implementation of our careers website.They developed the API integration with our Datacruit recruitment system, coordinated the implementation directly with the Datacruit team, and ensured the entire recruitment workflow functioned seamlessly across all connected platforms.Beyond development, they also implemented the cookie consent solution and configured Google Analytics to provide reliable website insights while ensuring compliance with privacy requirements.Their services also included professional copywriting for the website, as well as the design of social media templates used to promote open positions and attract qualified candidates.Newlogic Digital also provides hosting and supports the platform under a Service Level Agreement (SLA). As part of this ongoing partnership, they handle maintenance, technical support, security updates, and continuous improvements, allowing us to rely on a single partner for both development and long-term operation of the platform.

Thanks to the integration with Datacruit, job postings are now automatically synchronized between our careers website and external job portals, significantly reducing manual administration and eliminating duplicate work.The new careers website has strengthened our employer brand and provides a much better user experience for potential candidates. It also gives us the flexibility to publish and manage vacancies more efficiently while maintaining a consistent presentation across all recruitment channels.Overall, the project streamlined our recruitment workflow, improved operational efficiency, and created a modern platform that better supports our long-term hiring goals.Due to the nature of our business and internal confidentiality policies, we can’t disclose specific recruitment metrics or performance data. They especially appreciate the automated integration with Datacruit, which has significantly simplified the administration of job vacancies. Positions are now managed centrally and automatically synchronized across our careers website and external job portals, reducing manual work and making the entire recruitment process more efficient.Another major advantage for our team is Newlogic Digital’s custom content management system. It allows us to make content updates ourselves without relying on external support. For example, when we needed to change the address of one of our locations, the update took only a few minutes. On our corporate website, which is managed by a different provider, the same type of change required contacting the supplier and waiting several hours for it to be completed. This has made our HR team much more independent and responsive.We’ve also received positive feedback from job candidates. The careers website presents Era as a modern technology company and has helped us attract highly qualified professionals. One example is a UX designer who joined our team and told us that the careers website itself made a very positive impression and encouraged them to apply. That kind of feedback confirms that the website is not only functional but also successfully communicates our employer brand.
How did Newlogic Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
Newlogic Digital started the project by preparing a detailed development timeline with clearly defined milestones. They followed the schedule consistently throughout the project and delivered the website within the agreed deadline. This was particularly impressive because, despite several delays on our side, they were able to keep the project on track and meet the original launch date.Communication was always transparent, responsive, and well organized. We communicated through several channels depending on the situation, including phone calls, email, online meetings, the Teamwork project management platform, and occasional in-person meetings. We always knew the current status of the project, upcoming tasks, and any decisions that required our input.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The project started with a requirements document prepared by our team. What immediately stood out was that Newlogic Digital brought not only the project manager but also their art director to the initial kick-off meeting. The goal was to experience our working environment firsthand, understand our company culture, and gain a deeper understanding of our products and industry. This gave the entire Newlogic team — from the project manager to the designers and developers — a strong foundation for the project. They quickly understood what made Era and our technologies unique.What impressed us the most was how they handled what initially seemed like an almost impossible challenge. A careers website should be about people, but due to the nature of our business and internal security policies, we aren’t allowed to publish photographs of our employees. Instead of seeing this as a limitation, Newlogic Digital came up with a creative solution that successfully communicated our employer brand without relying on employee photography. The final result feels authentic, modern, and perfectly aligned with Era’s identity.Another detail we really appreciated was their forward-thinking approach. Even though we can’t currently publish employee photos, they prepared the CMS so that a photo gallery can easily be added in the future if our internal policies change. That level of planning and attention to long-term usability reflects the way they approach projects as a whole.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Nothing significant comes to mind.During the preparation of the final master service agreement (MSA) and SLA, our legal team suggested a few revisions to the contractual wording. Newlogic Digital was open to discussing these changes and accommodated our requirements without creating unnecessary obstacles or delays.This collaborative and flexible approach reflected the way they handled the entire project. We were very satisfied not only with the technical delivery but also with the commercial and legal aspects of our cooperation.
